Spotlight ads appear in between the property listings, as visitors search for beach properties. They are programmed to appear on a specific city or state page. The geographic location of the property being viewed determines which spotlight ad will display.

Spotlight ads display one at a time, on all search and browse results. The more spotlight ads you have, the more frequently your ad displays.
▪ What is included in a Spotlight ad?
These ads include:

- ▪ title (short business description)
- ▪ your name
- ▪ company name
- ▪ your address
- ▪ your phone number

The Spotlight ad will appear on the city or state page for which it was submitted. Your Spotlight ad will always appear alongside your ads.
▪ How does a customer purchase these ads?
You can purchase a Spotlight ad by purchasing an Annual Membership package. If you have any questions, you can reach a sales representative by calling 888-933-5253 or sending an email. A BeachHouse.com sales representative will work with the customer to determine the appropriate location for that customer and then collect the necessary information to set up the ad.
▪ Can a customer purchase multiple Spotlight ads?
Our Annual Membership/Multi-ad packages come with either 1 or 2 spotlight ads. Additional spotlight ads may be purchased. The more spotlight ads you have, the more frequently your ad displays.
▪ How long after the purchase of a Spotlight ad will it appear on BeachHouse.com?
Spotlight ads will go live and appear on BeachHouse.com usually on the same day they are requested and paid for, during normal business office hours (M-F, 8am-5pm CST).
