Hali'i Kai at Waikoloa Beach Resort is a 29-acre oceanfront resort, along an ocean golf course and the Pacific Ocean with luxurious 2-3 bedroom townhomes in a park-like setting with plenty of grassy areas. This gated complex has different views; ocean, mountain, golf course, and garden.The private Ocean Club is exclusively for Hali'i Kai owners and their guests.
