Welcome to the Shores at Waikoloa Bo Tree Tower.
This second floor unit has partial ocean and golf course views. We have a large wrap around lanai to enjoy the great views with table, chairs and patio recliners. Kitchen has everything you need, master bedroom has a Cal-king bed and a large bathroom with a large tub and walk in shower, guest bedroom has 2 twin beds (that can be converted to a king) and located next to a full bathroom. A queen sofa bed in the living room and another queen sofa bed off of guest bedroom. FREE WIFI AND PARKING.

Shores at Waikoloa has a fitness center, pool, hot tub, tennis courts, golfing and BBQ areas for your to enjoy.
Unit also has golf clubs for your use. You are in walking distance to the Hilton Waikoloa, Anaehoomalu Bay, shops and restaurants.

You must sign this Agreement and make your required payment within 24 hours to avoid cancellation. Once your signed agreement and your deposit or full rental fee are received, a confirmation will be issued to you. If you do not receive a confirmation this does not void this agreement.
If your required payment is a deposit, the balance of your full payment is due 60 days prior to the commencement date of your rental period. By authorizing a deposit payment via credit card, you are also authorizing the same credit card to be charged for the balance of the total charges 60 days prior to the check in date of your rental period. This additional authorization shall be exactly as though you have presented the card number for payment at the time the balance becomes due. If you book your rental less than 60 days in advance of your stay, we will charge your full payment immediately by credit card. If the card will not process, you will be liable for the remaining balance due and authorize us to charge your credit card account on file, exactly as though you have presented the card number for payment at that time, until your outstanding balance is satisfied. Once we receive your payment in full, as a courtesy we will send you, by e-mail, a confirmation notice to confirm receipt of payment.
CANCELLATION POLICY 61+ DAYS IS A $150 ADMINISTRATION FEE AND 60 DAYS and less is a full forfeiture unless property is rented during the time period.
WHILE PROPERTY MANAGER MAY CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION FOR FAILURE TO PROVIDE FULL PAYMENT BY THE REQUIRED DATE, Any Customer who refuses to use services contracted for forfeits any and all collected money, except the Customer's security deposit and cleaning fee (if applicable). The security deposit and pre-paid cleaning fee are not part of the initial deposit to hold the rental. The security deposit and pre-paid cleaning fee (if applicable) are included in the balance payment, therefore, the initial deposit will be forfeited if you refuse to fulfill your scheduled stay after confirmation of booking.
Collected money is non-refundable after 60 days of arrival. Under no circumstances shall Customer be able to determine if a rental unit is unfit for habitation. If you as Customer forfeit your right to services contracted for, and Property Manager is able to re-book the property at the same rate, you will be issued a pro-rata refund for those dates re-booked. All refunds of rental service payments, whether complete or pro-rata, will be subject to a deduction equal to as much as 15% of deposit(s) paid. Customer shall give Property Manager, twenty four (24) hours to clean the rental that you might deem dirty upon check in. Customer also gives Property Manager, twenty four (24) hours to address any allegations that bugs or pests are in the rental. Ultimately, in order for you to claim the premises are unacceptable due to issues of cleanliness or bug/pest infestation, you must obtain a third-party opinion letter within forty eight (48) hours of arrival, (from a professional not staying in the rental that has physically witnessed the issue) to corroborate any allegations of poor quality services or accommodations.
Please be further advised that Property Manager is not responsible for construction or neighbor noise, as these are risks that are inherent when renting a vacation rental. We are unable to control these factors, and this agreement shall remain in full force and effect regardless of these issues. There shall be no cancellation for construction noise or for neighbor issues of any kind. To protect against cancellations caused by certain unforeseen events, such as illness, we recommend that customers purchase travel insurance to assure refund of deposits paid. As a valued Customer, we want to do everything possible to make your trip is enjoyable and worry free. Since the unforeseen and unexpected can occur before you leave or when you are away from home, we recommend (but do not require) CSA's Guest Cancellation Insurance Plan. Any changes made after booking shall be wholly at Property Manager's discretion. There is no "reasonable" change of accommodation that this agreement requires Property Manager to make.
If Customer complains about the condition of the rental, the amount of Security Deposit being withheld and or service they received from the Property Manager and or Property Manager's employees or contractors, KPC will work in good faith to help Property Manager and Customer reach a mutually acceptable resolution..
Any CHANGES made to a booking after a confirmation has been issued will be assessed a $150.00 service fee. Acceptance of any change is subject to approval by the Property Manager of the rental.


*Full Forfeiture: Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued to the extent of the dollar value the unit(s) is re-rented during the same dates as the cancelled reservation.
No refunds will be made for late check-ins; early check-outs, no-shows or for booked but unused services. Refunds will be made only under the following circumstances: 1.) The property rented becomes unfit for habitation and no acceptable substitute can be found; or, 2.) The property is sold by Owner, and no acceptable substitution is agreed upon, or,
Kohala Coast Properties, Inc. strongly recommends the purchase of trip interruption/trip cancelation insurance to help protect against financial losses if trip delay or cancelation is necessitated by certain kinds of unforeseen circumstances.

Nearby Activities in Waikoloa

When you rent a beach house or condo in Waikoloa, located on the west side of Hawaii's Big Island, you can enjoy tropical weather year-round and there will always be plenty of ways to explore the area. The best time of year to book an oceanfront home is from late May to early October, particularly for warm weather activities. Waikoloa is primarily a resort destination but has one fun fact that makes it genuinely Hawaiian; the village was built on top of a lava field! "A comfortable relaxing retreat.
We stayed at this property in late February and early March of 2024. Initially two others joined us for the first six days of our two week stay. We all enjoyed the condo and found it to be very clean, well supplied and comfortable. The pictures shown accurately portray the conditions we found on arrival.

We have rented six other condo units at three other complexes in Waikoloa Beach and this was up to the high standards we expect there. The only criticism is some things like; carpets, window coverings and cupboards are showing signs of wear.

The property reservations manager, Michelle of Kohala Coast, was excellent. Very professional, accommodating and readily available. We cannot recommend her highly enough. We will surly contact her first on our next trip to the Big Island."

The location was good for visitors that don’t drive the island much. Condo needed some attention such as repairing the ceiling on the lanai, steam cleaning the rugs, lightbulb in the frig, cleaning the oven. One pool for the complex of condos was “uncomfortable “."

"Condo Needs Major Improvements
All the appliances are outdated and some are in dire need of repair, detailed in these notes:
— There is a note on the clothes washer that the hot and cold water lines are switched, so to wash in cold water you have to set it to “hot.” But you can’t set the rinse temperature, so all rinses are done in hot water.
— The air conditioner runs on a timer that can only be set for 4 hours. So you wake up in the middle of the night sweating because the AC has gone off and you have to get up and go into the living room to set the timer for another 4 hours.
— The master bedroom toilet exhaust fan comes on with the light switch, and it is so loud that it wakes up anyone who happens to be asleep in the bedroom when it is used."

"Excellent choice for families or two couples
This is a beautiful rental property that is perfectly situated for a visit to the Kona area. The unit itself is spacious and well designed so that there is a sense of privacy between the large gathering spaces. Having the pull out couch in a bump-out area of the second bedroom allowed for our daughter and three grandchildren to all be together and still have sufficient room and not feel crowded. The lanai is HUGE...it is like having a second living room, and the view is very peaceful. We found this to be a quiet location, away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to be part of it when we chose. The unit was well stocked as well. Other reviewers have addressed the fact that the furniture, etc., is a little “tired” and that the unit seems older. We agree, but who spends all their time indoors in Hawaii? The pool was beautiful at night and our grandkids loved it. You are also walking distance to the pool that has the dolphins, which you can watch without paying for the encounter adventure. The beach trails are so beautiful! You cannot go wrong with this property, and we thought the management company did an excellent job of keeping us informed."

"Nice condo in a good location!
We enjoyed our stay at The Shores. We were in the Bo Tree Tower building which is located right by the gated entrance to The Shores. It’s only a 2 minute walk to the lovely pool area from the condo, and the landscaping on this property is beautiful! There is plenty of parking, too. We liked that there are no physical keys to use, rather there are codes to get in the gate, the condo, and the pool. This 2 bedroom condo is very large. The 2 bedrooms are separated by the living room and kitchen. Having the two living areas separated this way helped with privacy. There is a lovely view of the golf course from the large lanai. This condo had all the kitchen and beach supplies you would hope for, and the beds were very comfortable. The unit could use some updating, but that would not stop us from renting here again. Michelle was great to work with, and she answered all of our questions quickly. She was a very good communicator and very efficient. We love The Shores at Waikoloa and hope to come back soon! "

"Great stay, pool perfect for the kids
We stayed for 7 nights. We received plenty of correspondence and used the app. A seamless, contactless process. Just use codes to access the gate, condo, pool, and gym.

The condo is clean and large. It is a little dated but had everything we needed. Plenty of stuff for the beach (boogie boards, towels, chair, cooler, umbrella).

Shopping area with restaurants is about a 3/4 mile walk (or drive when you have kids that refuse to walk). A nice beach with a great sunset view is about 1 mile. Close to several great beaches to the North. Overall really good location relative to the beaches and Kailua-Kona."

Comfortable home away from home on the Big Island of Hawaii. The condo included pretty much everything we needed for our one-week vacation, including kitchen appliances and tableware, laundry and dryer, spacious sleeping accommodations and large restrooms, beach gear, towels, and this condo had a beautiful lanai with ocean and mountain views. I would definitely rent this particular unit on my next visit to Hawaii. Everything was so easy renting this unit, from the actual rental to checking out and everything in between."

The overall stay was good. The bad - the blender has no lid, lights were inoperable in the bathroom, dining area, master bath, main bath, and the lanai. "Nice place in a good location
We stayed for 5 nights in January. The property is well kept and clean. Not brand new but comfortable. It was just the two of us but there would be plenty of room for a family or 2 couples. Good location, we walked to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Good management, Marissa was available to answer any questions. Check in and check out were easy."

"Comfortable stay
The location was good. 10-20 minute walk to trails and beaches. The layout of the condo was great and we enjoyed the very large, private lanai. The condo was quite dusty (especially the fake plants and fans) and in general, showed signs of lacking a deep clean in a very long time. But the benefits made up for this. And I was especially pleased with the quality and variety of pots and pans, which made cooking easy when we discovered that Waikoloa is a vacation area that has more guests than good restaurants seem to be able to accommodate (plan ahead and make your reservations early if you want to eat out)."

"comfortable condo
The condo was as described. Very pleased with price and accomodations. It was clean, neat and roomy. The living room furniture was very comfortable and accomodated 6 people. Having stayed at every condo in Waikoloa;the newer condos do not have the large patios or large 2nd bathrooms as the Shores have. The large patios make outdoor living easy and fun, plenty of tables, chairs and lounges for everyone. And the larger 2nd bathroom makes bed&bath #2 not feel downgraded from the Master bed&bath.
The Shores is close to everything in Waikoloa and much can be reached by foot.
The pool was clean and our condo was close by. Plenty of nice lounge chairs for guests around the pool. The condo needs a new pool key, ours only worked on one gate and that only coming in not going out. So if you decide to stay here have them make a new key for you. The one comment to the negative was we were told by little signs in the bathrooms that if make-up stained the towels we would be charged $25.00 - I thought that was tacky, but to obey their request, I bought washclothes so as not to create any extra charge."

I was very satisfied with my stay in Waikoloa. Wide and clean rooms and conditions. I didn't have a car but I could go shopping by 10 minutes walk to King's shop and Queen's market. Unfortunately, because I changed my main e-mail address before stay, I couldn't get my key password and the place I got the key, I was a little trouble at check-in. But, luckily, one of owners of this apartment helped me. Totally, I was fully satisfied.

The building and grounds are very quiet, although we could hear heavy foot steps on the floor above I would recommend this unit."

"Beautiful Condo, Lovely Stay
We recently stayed in this condo in Bo Tree Towers at The Shores Waikoloa for 7 nights. It was a really positive experience. The condo is large, beautifully furnished and a ton of space for our family of 4. The huge bathtubs made my kids feel like royalty. The living room is comfortable and we were able to comfortably have our large family over for dinner. The tv in the living room is huge. We loved the large lanai and it is perfect because it doesn't get direct sun during the day so it doesn't get too hot. We cooked several meals in the kitchen and found everything we needed or at least enough to improvise. When we first arrived a few light bulbs were burned out but I emailed the property management company and they had someone come out and change them the same day. Every interaction I had with the property management associate Michelle was very pleasant which was especially nice because we were a very last minute booking. She was prompt, responsive and accommodating. We would stay here again in a heartbeat, I highly recommend this rental!"
