Luxurious top of the line Hawaii vacation condo! Away from it all, yet central to everything at the Waikoloa Beach Resort – located on the sunny Kohala Coast of the Big Island. This secluded unit is just 20 minutes north of the Kona International Airport and overlooks the third green of the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course.

In this beautiful 2-bed/2-bath condo, we have tried to provide you with every amenity including central air-conditioning, washer & dryer, luxury linens, your own garage, beach chairs & towels, and even a beach umbrella & cooler. The large master bedroom has a King bed, an ensuite bathroom, a walk-in closet and a desk. The second bedroom has two Twin beds and the living room includes a trundle bed sofa. Even a fold-out adult cot and a portable baby’s crib are provided. WI-FI and cable are free and the unit has three HD flat screen TV’s and a DVD player for your entertainment.

This “Waikoloa Beach Villas” condo is just a 10-minute walk to the tranquil Anaeho’omalu Bay (A-Bay) Beach and an even shorter walk to the Kings Shops and the Queens Marketplace – both featuring upscale shopping and restaurants. Here you will find a gourmet market offering basic food and beverage items as well as pre-made meals and a great wine selection for those A-Bay Hawaiian sunsets.

More of a morning person? Walk over to Starbucks and take your coffee to the beach as a perfect start to your day!

When you’re ready to simply relax at your vacation home, you will enjoy a fully outfitted kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. A dishwasher, microwave, blender, rice cooker, toaster and a pancake gridle are all standing by for your use. Want to flame-grill? There is a private outdoor kitchen right on your lanai with a table & chairs, a sink and a Viking gas grill. Watch the golfers while you enjoy a little dining alfresco. The Waikoloa Beach Villas property is attractively covered in manicured lawns, tropical gardens and palm trees. There are two gated, heated pools – each with chaise lounge chairs, sun umbrellas and a hot tub. One pool is directly across a private road to this unit. The other pool area includes a fitness room.

When you’re ready to expand your adventure beyond the Waikoloa Beach Resort, a 10-minute drive north brings you to the neighboring Mauna Lani Resort where you can golf, visit their picturesque tidal fish ponds or soak up the sun at 49 Black Sand Beach – also a great place to snorkel. A little further north is the Hapuna Beach State Park, which has a mile long white sand beach. A 15-minute drive south of the Waikoloa Resort can take you to the beautiful Kua Bay Beach where there are plentiful waves for boogie boarding. Here you can also hike up a nearby cinder cone for panoramic island/ocean views.

The Big Island offers numerous half and full day guided tours ranging from snorkeling, fishing and sunset cruises, to sightseeing at the Volcanoes National Park. Information for these outings can be found online and at the nearby shopping centers.

SPECIAL – Spend the day at the Hilton Waikoloa Village, you can buy a discounted DAY PASS to the pool/waterslide or relax at the spa with a SPA PASS. More info will be provided upon booking with us.

You must sign this Agreement and make your required payment within 24 hours to avoid cancellation. Once your signed agreement and your deposit or full rental fee are received, a confirmation will be issued to you. If you do not receive a confirmation this does not void this agreement.
If your required payment is a deposit, the balance of your full payment is due 60 days prior to the commencement date of your rental period. By authorizing a deposit payment via credit card, you are also authorizing the same credit card to be charged for the balance of the total charges 60 days prior to the check in date of your rental period. This additional authorization shall be exactly as though you have presented the card number for payment at the time the balance becomes due. If you book your rental less than 60 days in advance of your stay, we will charge your full payment immediately by credit card. If the card will not process, you will be liable for the remaining balance due and authorize us to charge your credit card account on file, exactly as though you have presented the card number for payment at that time, until your outstanding balance is satisfied. Once we receive your payment in full, as a courtesy we will send you, by e-mail, a confirmation notice to confirm receipt of payment.
CANCELLATION POLICY 61+ DAYS IS A $150 ADMINISTRATION FEE AND 60 DAYS and less is a full forfeiture unless property is rented during the time period.
WHILE PROPERTY MANAGER MAY CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION FOR FAILURE TO PROVIDE FULL PAYMENT BY THE REQUIRED DATE, Any Customer who refuses to use services contracted for forfeits any and all collected money, except the Customer's security deposit and cleaning fee (if applicable). The security deposit and pre-paid cleaning fee are not part of the initial deposit to hold the rental. The security deposit and pre-paid cleaning fee (if applicable) are included in the balance payment, therefore, the initial deposit will be forfeited if you refuse to fulfill your scheduled stay after confirmation of booking.
Collected money is non-refundable after 60 days of arrival. Under no circumstances shall Customer be able to determine if a rental unit is unfit for habitation. If you as Customer forfeit your right to services contracted for, and Property Manager is able to re-book the property at the same rate, you will be issued a pro-rata refund for those dates re-booked. All refunds of rental service payments, whether complete or pro-rata, will be subject to a deduction equal to as much as 15% of deposit(s) paid. Customer shall give Property Manager, twenty four (24) hours to clean the rental that you might deem dirty upon check in. Customer also gives Property Manager, twenty four (24) hours to address any allegations that bugs or pests are in the rental. Ultimately, in order for you to claim the premises are unacceptable due to issues of cleanliness or bug/pest infestation, you must obtain a third-party opinion letter within forty eight (48) hours of arrival, (from a professional not staying in the rental that has physically witnessed the issue) to corroborate any allegations of poor quality services or accommodations.
Please be further advised that Property Manager is not responsible for construction or neighbor noise, as these are risks that are inherent when renting a vacation rental. We are unable to control these factors, and this agreement shall remain in full force and effect regardless of these issues. There shall be no cancellation for construction noise or for neighbor issues of any kind. To protect against cancellations caused by certain unforeseen events, such as illness, we recommend that customers purchase travel insurance to assure refund of deposits paid. As a valued Customer, we want to do everything possible to make your trip is enjoyable and worry free. Since the unforeseen and unexpected can occur before you leave or when you are away from home, we recommend (but do not require) CSA's Guest Cancellation Insurance Plan. Any changes made after booking shall be wholly at Property Manager's discretion. There is no "reasonable" change of accommodation that this agreement requires Property Manager to make.
If Customer complains about the condition of the rental, the amount of Security Deposit being withheld and or service they received from the Property Manager and or Property Manager's employees or contractors, KPC will work in good faith to help Property Manager and Customer reach a mutually acceptable resolution..
Any CHANGES made to a booking after a confirmation has been issued will be assessed a $150.00 service fee. Acceptance of any change is subject to approval by the Property Manager of the rental.


*Full Forfeiture: Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued to the extent of the dollar value the unit(s) is re-rented during the same dates as the cancelled reservation.
No refunds will be made for late check-ins; early check-outs, no-shows or for booked but unused services. Refunds will be made only under the following circumstances: 1.) The property rented becomes unfit for habitation and no acceptable substitute can be found; or, 2.) The property is sold by Owner, and no acceptable substitution is agreed upon, or,
Kohala Coast Properties, Inc. strongly recommends the purchase of trip interruption/trip cancelation insurance to help protect against financial losses if trip delay or cancelation is necessitated by certain kinds of unforeseen circumstances.

Nearby Activities in Waikoloa

When you rent a beach house or condo in Waikoloa, located on the west side of Hawaii's Big Island, you can enjoy tropical weather year-round and there will always be plenty of ways to explore the area. The best time of year to book an oceanfront home is from late May to early October, particularly for warm weather activities. Waikoloa is primarily a resort destination but has one fun fact that makes it genuinely Hawaiian; the village was built on top of a lava field! A towering volcano sits just 30 miles from the village, called Mauna Kea. While the volcano is currently dormant, its eruptions created a path to the ocean.

"Excellent condo rental for two couples
Rented in December 2022, just after Mauna Loa stopped its activity. Unit location was close to pool and hot tub, across street from shopping, convenient for our trips to Hilo, City of Refuge, Kona Coffee Farms. Well stocked kitchen, garage with chairs, bikes, etc., make this unit a winner. Even a visitor cat on the patio so we would not miss our own Popoki (cat in Hawaiian) at home. "Wikola Beach Resort Extremely Inviting 2 Bedroom Condo
Absolutely awesome. The lanai borders the golf course; perfect for early morning and late evening meals and relaxation. The surrounding landscaping is manicured daily, fragrant, and very inviting. The condo was a very, very nice place to return to after a long day of exploring and playing in the ocean. They supply two corrugated Igloos which came in very handy when we made or bought iced tea and snacks for the road. Clean and comfortable. " Comfortable Condo

We were very close to the swimming pool and just across the street is the Queen’s Marketplace which has many choices for restaurants and stores to go shopping. Starbucks is a bonus too!"

"Great location & comfortable stay
We had a wonderful stay in this unit. It is convenient to go in and out of Waikoloa resort without any traffic. Walkable distance to Queen's shop and king's shop. The lanai view next to the fairway is great. The two bedrooms are great for our family of 4. The kitchen is well-equipped and organized. Shower door in the master bathroom is a bit difficult to open and close. We would recommend to bring your own bath towels or the property owner can replace a new set for guests. Garage is big enough to park a mid-size SUV and full of outdoor activities equipment. The property manager ,Michelle, is very helpful and easy to reach to answer any questions. Overall, the unit is quiet, clean and very spacious. "

"Amazing little piece of paradise!

"A wonderful stay in G-2
Condo G-2 was a wonderful place to call home for our 2 week vacation. We really enjoyed the deck and BBQ and the cleanliness of the condo. Besides a few issues with plugs not working and the tiny television in the living room that hopefully the owner will take the time to go up to Costco and at least get a 50” Tv for my next stay we had a great time.Having the golf membership was also fantastic! Michelle the property Manager was outstanding if you needed anything.Also the shower door in the master bath needs some attention because you have to physically lift the heavy glass door to open and close it and I can see someone seriously injuring themselves or shattering the glass."

A perfect home-base to explore the big island. Only 30 mins from airport. Condo is well-maintained & quiet; kitchen is fully equipped to cook; walking distance to two markets (but prices are higher). Stopped at Safeway before heading to condo (short distance from airport). Eat/drinking out can be expensive. Recommend: Fish & Hogs in Waimea (enjoyed most); Roy's (never disappointed); Lava Lava Beach for sunrise/sunset while enjoying your favorite drink (walk/drive distance); Hawaiian Style Café for loco moco (tasty beef); Country Market in Honoka's (tiny market, but sold local grown beef); The Fish Market (tiny shack north of Waikoloa) for seafood you can cook; Kona Potatoe Chips in Captain Cook (better than Hawaiian Chips plus other tasty products); lunch/tour of Vanilla Farm (vanilla blended with everything you ate).

We had an amazing time here. It was clean, and had everything we needed. The kids woke up to sit under the palm trees, and checked out the golf course at sunrise. They caught geckos and swam for hours in the pool. We walked across the street for meals at the food court, and used the kitchen for breakfast. We played Hawaiian music over our speaker using the WIFI/bluetooth. We used the beach gear and ice chest for daily trips to different beaches. It was amazing. Memories we won't forget. Unit G2 was satisfactory only. it is generally become a bit worn. updates to the pots and pans and such are required. this also applies to the linens. G2 is well located in the complex and we found it clean and attractive, BUT not without some problems - master bed unconfortable, so we tried the twin beds in 2nd bedroom, same problem. TV in LR was small, dated and difficult to figure out (no guide). Not that we got to Big Island to watch TV, just an inconvenience. Also ice maker in fridge was dysfunctional for 3 of our 5 weeks there (not that there's anything wrong with warm gin & tonic).Also problem with Master bath sink which was only fixed in time for us to leave. Front door lock needs repair but was unattended to during our stay. Other than that we had a great time! Notwitstanding above noted problems our service from Michelle Coupe at Kohala Coast Properties was commendable. Overall rating C+. Ron and Louise, Vancouver Canada"

"Waikoloa Beach Villas - superb accommodation
This apartment (#G2) would rank as one of the best accommodations we've stayed at, and we have travelled quite a bit. It's only disadvantage (which may be viewed by some as a benefit) is it's distance from Kona (25 miles/40km). That said, easy driving to beautiful Hapuna Beach and north of island. Kona has greater choice of "reasonably priced" eating places. Condo is extremely clean, beautifully furnished and well equipped for in-home cooking. We chose to shop at Costco and Walmart (20 mins drive) and cook at home. Gourmet Supermarket at Queens Shopping Centre (200m away from Condo) is expensive. Booking was easy. Property Manager easy to contact and responsive. Property is on the market for sale (Jan 2018) so may not be available in the future. "

Waikoloa Beach Villas Unit G2 couldn't have been more accommodating. They provided all the essentials to ensure that our stay was perfect. Not only was the condo beautiful and spacious, but the proximity to shopping (Kings and Queens shops), restaurants, beautiful golf courses (Waikoloa Beach and Kings Course), and the beach made it the perfect place to stay. The property was extremely clean and well maintained, and I would highly recommend anyone who loves golfing and the beach to stay here. The owners' are extremely accommodating and very helpful! Next time you visit the Big Island, this is the place that you want to stay! I am already looking forward to my next trip here."

"Jean's vacation at Waikoloa Beach Villlas G2
I had stayed at a condo that had the identical décor previously, and I was very happy and comfortable with the condo. I had a problem with the lockbox before I ever got in the door, had a problem finding the garage opener, and never could get the clothes dryer to operate. My call to property management was ignored. I felt that whatever problems I ran into I would just have to live with, as I was not going to get any help from management. Obviously, this would not have happened with a hotel in a comparable price range. I have limited mobility and probably would not use this property again because I could not get help with the problems I ran into. I would recommend it to friends with the caveat that they should not expect any help from property management. However, it was a lovely, relaxing place to stay and close to restaurants, shops, and good beaches. "

"WOW! Beautiful Condo!
We had a wonderful 8 night stay in unit G2. As soon as we walked through the door, we were amazed by how clean, spacious, and well-stocked the condo is! Everything that we could possibly need for our stay was provided in the unit. We barbecued a few times and it was so nice having a grill right on the lanai. We were pleasantly surprised to find so many beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards in the garage too. Location was fantastic - right across from the pool and walking distance to shops. This condo certainly exceeded our expectations. We hope to be back soon! "

"Wonderful stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Waikoloa Beach. The apartment was clean, spacious and very comfortable. It was in a great location within walking distance to two shopping centres and also close to the beach. The whole resort was very pleasant with lovely landscaped tropical gardens.
Waikoloa Beach is also well positioned for exploring the Big Island being easy to drive north, close to the road over to Hilo and only 30 mins from Kona.
We would highly recommend this apartment and the resort."

"Waikoloa beach villas
Great unit on beautiful property. We travelled with two young children and an infant. The unit was very clean with all of the extras to make the stay comfortable. The floor unit was great and the kids could go outside into the grass and play. Beach toys, chairs, umbrellas and towels made going to the beach a breeze. Location was perfect across from great shopping! I would stay here again in a heartbeat."

"Great location, and great value
We are a couple of Japanese over 50's and stayed 4 nights. We are golf lovers, so Gold membership rate of Waikoloa Golf Club is bonus. Villa is so clean and well maintained. Also, check-out procedures(promises) are easy, that are very important point for vacation with no stress. Just minus point is that rice cooker was not provided. But we had very precious time. We would absolutely rent again from Susan next year. "

My husband and i just returned from a wonderful stay at the Waikoloa Beach Villa property. The property is in a great location and has easy access to guests. We frequented one of the 2 pools daily and found it to be clean and uncrowded with plenty of lounge chairs. Friendly, helpful staff that quickly responded to our need for more propane for the barbecue. "
