Welcome to our Paradise retreat Vista Waikoloa G204. Centrally located within the Waikoloa Beach Resort, the Vista Waikoloa is within a mile from beach, golf courses, shops and restaurants. G204 offers one of the larger floor plans within the Vista condo complex, 1417 sq. ft and a spacious wrap-around lanai.

JUST RENOVATED - MASTER BATHROOM, GUEST BATHROOM AND HALF BATH.

It has 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and can accommodate 4 guests. The master suite has a king size bed and full on-suite master bath.
The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and a on-suite full bath. Large living room with amazing views of the mountains and golf course. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need for your stay. Dining has seating for 6 and 2 bar stools at the counter. You also have a reserved parking stall. Lots of beach gear for you to use. FREE high speed WIFI and FREE parking.

You must sign this Agreement and make your required payment within 24 hours to avoid cancellation. Once your signed agreement and your deposit or full rental fee are received, a confirmation will be issued to you. If you do not receive a confirmation this does not void this agreement.
If your required payment is a deposit, the balance of your full payment is due 60 days prior to the commencement date of your rental period. By authorizing a deposit payment via credit card, you are also authorizing the same credit card to be charged for the balance of the total charges 60 days prior to the check in date of your rental period. This additional authorization shall be exactly as though you have presented the card number for payment at the time the balance becomes due. If you book your rental less than 60 days in advance of your stay, we will charge your full payment immediately by credit card. If the card will not process, you will be liable for the remaining balance due and authorize us to charge your credit card account on file, exactly as though you have presented the card number for payment at that time, until your outstanding balance is satisfied. Once we receive your payment in full, as a courtesy we will send you, by e-mail, a confirmation notice to confirm receipt of payment.
CANCELLATION POLICY 61+ DAYS IS A $150 ADMINISTRATION FEE AND 60 DAYS and less is a full forfeiture unless property is rented during the time period.
WHILE PROPERTY MANAGER MAY CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION FOR FAILURE TO PROVIDE FULL PAYMENT BY THE REQUIRED DATE, Any Customer who refuses to use services contracted for forfeits any and all collected money, except the Customer's security deposit and cleaning fee (if applicable). The security deposit and pre-paid cleaning fee are not part of the initial deposit to hold the rental. The security deposit and pre-paid cleaning fee (if applicable) are included in the balance payment, therefore, the initial deposit will be forfeited if you refuse to fulfill your scheduled stay after confirmation of booking.
Collected money is non-refundable after 60 days of arrival. Under no circumstances shall Customer be able to determine if a rental unit is unfit for habitation. If you as Customer forfeit your right to services contracted for, and Property Manager is able to re-book the property at the same rate, you will be issued a pro-rata refund for those dates re-booked. All refunds of rental service payments, whether complete or pro-rata, will be subject to a deduction equal to as much as 15% of deposit(s) paid. Customer shall give Property Manager, twenty four (24) hours to clean the rental that you might deem dirty upon check in. Customer also gives Property Manager, twenty four (24) hours to address any allegations that bugs or pests are in the rental. Ultimately, in order for you to claim the premises are unacceptable due to issues of cleanliness or bug/pest infestation, you must obtain a third-party opinion letter within forty eight (48) hours of arrival, (from a professional not staying in the rental that has physically witnessed the issue) to corroborate any allegations of poor quality services or accommodations.
Please be further advised that Property Manager is not responsible for construction or neighbor noise, as these are risks that are inherent when renting a vacation rental. We are unable to control these factors, and this agreement shall remain in full force and effect regardless of these issues. There shall be no cancellation for construction noise or for neighbor issues of any kind. To protect against cancellations caused by certain unforeseen events, such as illness, we recommend that customers purchase travel insurance to assure refund of deposits paid. As a valued Customer, we want to do everything possible to make your trip is enjoyable and worry free. Since the unforeseen and unexpected can occur before you leave or when you are away from home, we recommend (but do not require) CSA's Guest Cancellation Insurance Plan. Any changes made after booking shall be wholly at Property Manager's discretion. There is no "reasonable" change of accommodation that this agreement requires Property Manager to make.
If Customer complains about the condition of the rental, the amount of Security Deposit being withheld and or service they received from the Property Manager and or Property Manager's employees or contractors, KPC will work in good faith to help Property Manager and Customer reach a mutually acceptable resolution..
Any CHANGES made to a booking after a confirmation has been issued will be assessed a $150.00 service fee. Acceptance of any change is subject to approval by the Property Manager of the rental.


*Full Forfeiture: Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued to the extent of the dollar value the unit(s) is re-rented during the same dates as the cancelled reservation.
No refunds will be made for late check-ins; early check-outs, no-shows or for booked but unused services. Refunds will be made only under the following circumstances: 1.) The property rented becomes unfit for habitation and no acceptable substitute can be found; or, 2.) The property is sold by Owner, and no acceptable substitution is agreed upon, or,
Kohala Coast Properties, Inc. strongly recommends the purchase of trip interruption/trip cancelation insurance to help protect against financial losses if trip delay or cancelation is necessitated by certain kinds of unforeseen circumstances.

Nearby Activities in Waikoloa

When you rent a beach house or condo in Waikoloa, located on the west side of Hawaii's Big Island, you can enjoy tropical weather year-round and there will always be plenty of ways to explore the area. The best time of year to book an oceanfront home is from late May to early October, particularly for warm weather activities. Waikoloa is primarily a resort destination but has one fun fact that makes it genuinely Hawaiian; the village was built on top of a lava field! A towering volcano sits just 30 miles from the village, called Mauna Kea. While the volcano is currently dormant, its eruptions created a path to the ocean.

"Vista Waikoloa is a great place to stay
We love staying at Vista Waikoloa. The heated pool is great, and the area is quiet, and within walking distance to ABay and Kings and Queens Marketplaces. G204 is a great location with mountain and golf course views. The lanai is large, and the unit is spacious. It was lightly furnished in the living room—just a L-couch and TV, no rug or many decor items. It seemed pretty empty. The bedrooms were well furnished. The twin beds in the secondary bedroom were not comfortable at all, so we bought foam toppers to make them bearable. The king bed in the primary bedroom was comfortable. The unit seemed to be clean at first glance, but it could use a deep clean (baseboards, under beds, etc). The kitchen
and baths were clean. We didn’t have to contact management about anything, We would stay there again."

"Great Vacation Spot
The condo was very clean, well appointed and ample space. The updated bathrooms have been nicely updated with walk in showers , new sinks, flooring and tile. Vista Waikoloa is very central to the everything. The pool, excercise room, bbq areas and gardens are well kept. The property manager is quick to resolve any issues and very helpful. We will be going back there again !"

"Golfing Fun
Location is perfect. Easy run/walk/drive to golf courses, food, beach, & shops. The condo is a bit dated and really needs some new appliances & bedroom shades or blinds. The condo is very roomy but it would be nice to have more seating. The patio furniture is nice but one deck had no furniture. I would stay again but I do hope the owners put some investment into the kitchen appliances, take out the twin beds and put in a double/queen, get more deck/patio furniture and replace screen door and bedroom blinds. Dusting would be great too. The TV stand had not been dusted for some tim."

"Good experience
Very clean, beautiful view and quiet. Remodeled bathrooms a plus. The flatware, serving pieces and overall kitchen supplies appeared to be a jumbled group of leftovers that someone didn’t want. Half a salad tong, 4 dinner forks and tea spoons, 5, salad forks and lots of soup spoons and knives 2 wineglasses Always washing them. 3 adult beach towels , 1child size Each bathroom had 4 bath towels that were meh. had to ask for more paper towel and dish soap along with hand dish soap that they were reluctant to bring. No outside eating area. All the furniture is huge so the throw pillows were welcome for back support . Nice beach equipment a plus Bring your own, salt pepper and a sharp knife. The haphazard kitchen supplies made it seem the owners don’t care about guests returning. The bed was comfortable, very limited drawer space. "

"Waikoloa Vista Stay
The apartment was in a perfect position to be able to walk to the restaurants and play golf. We thought the apartment was a little tired and needed some work in particular the bathrooms- in the ensuite the bath couldn’t be used. The sheets and towels were rather old as well . Otherwise the apartment was very comfortable and we would stay there again."

We enjoyed the view over the golf course at the mountains. The unit had some outdated tile countertops but was very large for a condo, clean, quiet and comfortable and more reasonably priced than others. It had all the things we needed including lots of pillows for me."
