Welcome to Catch a Wave! Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo located at The Sanctuary at False Cape. Placing you only a few steps away from the warm sands of Sandbridge! Recently remodeled offering extra space for you and your family to spread out and relax. Take an elevator down and enjoy the Fitness Center, quiet library, or the outdoor grilling stations! Electric Vehicle outlet to unit space!

The Master Suite provides a large King bed, plenty of closet space, 45" smart TV, master bath and private
balcony.
Bedroom #2 offers a Queen bed, large closets and a 45" smart TV.
Bedroom #3 offers 2 twin beds, 1 twin rollaway, and a 35" smart TV!

3 Swimming Pools (open Memorial day to mid-September), and 2 Fitness Centers.

If the property is re-rented for the original rental period and the original rental rate, Tenant shall receive a refund of all monies paid less an 18% cancelation fee (based on total reservation). "Very unsatisfying
First of all the condominium could not have been more beautiful. The owners both furnished and supplied items that were the best of the best and typically would only be shared with family! I simply cannot stress enough that this unit was beyond our highest expectations for quality, comfort, and Decor.
So I’m sad to say that for some reason building maintenance work was allowed to go on during prime vacation season and we had a beeping cherry picker, parked at our balcony all day every day. This started very early in the morning and continued until the work day finished. It was impossible to sit on the balcony and have a conversation, have a quiet cup of coffee, and I even heard it while I was on the beach. It was that loud this resulted and me contacting the realty company many times and while they were very, very polite and professional, nothing Maintenance schedule. There was also a power washer with very loud machinery One floor below us, we were on the first floor, And this day that it rained when we were sitting on our balcony without the painters on the cherry picker, for once, this was a day for power washing! When I talk about the noise level, there’s no way to explain that there was nothing we could do. She’s surrounded out inside of our condo... I finally resorted to putting in my AirPods and taking a long walk on the beach and when I took out my AirPods I could still hear the beeps. I could do nothing about this situation and a great deal of money was spent to stay at a very noisy location and I’m very sad about this. I doubt that the owners had any idea what we were going through. Also, the Rental Office could not have been better.! I especially want to give a shout out to Jordan who was professional and very kind."

"Disappointed but made the best of it
The rental unit was nice. Overall that property needs some work. It’s bizarre that the hot tubs all sit inoperable around the whole property and have for years as we were told by some owners at the pool. The parking garage is an absolute joke and the “maps” provided do not help in any way. In the unit itself, it would be helpful if there was a written explanation of where the storage unit is that contained carts that would have been helpful for move in when we arrived since there was NO carts provided by the property nor were we told about that. What a DISASTER that is!!!

The unit wasn’t very clean. Sand in beds, black in tubs, floors were filthy and clothing was left in the drawers in the bedrooms.The lock on front door wasn’t functioning properly and the patio door lock was broken which was a bummer because it’s a side unit which is accessible from the hallway so for safety purposes it wasn’t ok. On the upside, the cleaning company and maintenance came and fixed some issues in the unit (which again was pretty nice overall) so that was nice of them to come and the cleaning company was actually the ones who showed us where he storage unit was.

The property overall has A LOT of potential and could offer a lot to sandbrige while making a lot of money to help keep their HOA’s down BUT it didn’t seem like there were any plans of better utilizing the vacant spaces all around AND maintenance to the pool areas specifically to the hot tubs with eye sore orange cones sitting around.

Glad we came bc once we got over all the initial things and were able to get situated, It was ok and a vacation we were fortunate to be able to take with our family but right now, I’m not sure we would go back.

"Ocean Sands
Last minute vacation with limited availability. Turns out we fell into a great experience. The rental company was flexible on check in and length of stay given last minute availability.
The unit was updated and clean. Have stayed at the sanctuary many times and is possibly the best unit of any we have stayed.
Only negative was the storage closet was filed with things including a shopping cart which made storing our own things more difficult."
