This top-floor corner unit is one of only four exclusive residences in the complex, offering 1,271 square feet of extra living space and breathtaking views. Perfectly positioned with frontage on the golf course, you’ll enjoy sweeping ocean vistas to the west and north, filling your retreat with natural light and a refreshing ocean breeze.

Step out onto the expansive lanai, perfect for outdoor dining and entertaining, complete with a barbecue area and the stunning backdrop of ocean sunsets. Inside, the spacious living room has an adjoining lounge area that is ideal for reading or taking in the panoramic views. Throughout the unit, you'll find new furnishings and Hawaiian artwork, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The upgraded kitchen is a delight for meal prep, boasting granite countertops, a breakfast bar, and stainless-steel appliances.

The stunning loft space includes a queen bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, offering a cozy retreat for additional guests. For extra sleeping accommodations, there is a new queen sleeper sofa in the living room. This allows the unit to accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably! This unit also includes one assigned parking space, with many visitor parking spaces available for your convenience.

* Property Bed Configuration sleeps 6 & renters have THE OPTION of adding an additional 2 occupants to have access to the new sleeper sofa located in the living room. If additional occupants are needed it is $25.00 additional per night, per occupant.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made ninety (90) days or more prior to arrival shall not be responsible for the final balance of the reservation. The $200 deposit made at the time of booking is non refundable after the booking is made. Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.

"Beautiful , Comfortable , Serene
This location was ideal , close to many beautiful beaches and close to shops, and local markets.
Very private , balcony is over looking a gulf course then you can see the beautiful coast .
Would definitely recommend this villa and stay here again in the future .
I have a big family so having a kitchen 3 bathrooms and washer and dryer was ideal .
Closet was packed with linens and extra blankets and pillows as well .
Only downside was that there was only AC in the downstairs bedroom , everywhere else had ceiling fans .
Loved how quiet and calm the area was and how beautiful and serene it was when we opened all the shades in the morning .
Everything you need is provided in the kitchen , all appliances and utensils and plates and cups , pots and pans . We bought a few essentials and made breakfast in the villa every morning before leaving to our activities.
Beach chairs , beach towels , goggles and more are also provided in this villa , which was very helpful .
Overall we were very happy here and felt right at home . And the price was great too! "
