Casa Coco is a pleasant 100-meter walk via a neighborhood trail to spectacular and private white sand Playa Langosta. The Spanish style villa has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths and sleeps up to 12. All 3 bedrooms are air-conditioned bed and bath suites. The master bedroom has a king bed with a balcony overlooking the pool. The 2nd bedroom has a versatile family layout with 1 queen bed and 3 built-in single bunk beds. The 3rd bedroom has a private entrance off the pool with a king bed and twin sofa bed. In addition, a sofa bed is in the living room for extra guests.
Casa Coco is perfect for a large family, 3 couples or a remote work getaway with fiber internet, smart tvs, washer/dryer, fully stocked kitchen with a wine fridge, grill and gated parking. A local market and several restaurants are just a block from the villa. CANCELLATION POLICY
There are no refunds unless the range of dates specified in the contract and the total amount is recovered through another rental contract. If the property is able to be rented for the same time period at the same rate, will refund all payments minus a 20% administrative fee. If cannot re-rent the property outside of 30 days, the company keeps the full booking deposit. If the cancellation comes inside the 30 days prior to the reservation and cannot re-rent, the company will reserve the right to keep the full payment.
