As you enter, a gourmet kitchen featuring modern appliances, granite countertops, and a convenient breakfast bar – perfect for entertaining or casual family meals greets you.

Situated on the first floor, adjacent to the kitchen, is a spacious bedroom featuring a full bathroom and a private deck that offers picturesque views of the stunning pool area. The rest of the bedrooms are situated on the upper floor, providing ample space for the entire family to enjoy. For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer provided.

Sea Chique is located in Surfside Beach "The Family Beach" where you are minutes from restaurants, shopping, golf courses and so much more!

There is a parking space for three, maybe four, vehicles, and you can bring or rent a golf cart.

ONE small, mature (under 50 pounds, over a year old) dog is permitted, with a non-refundable pet fee of $200. Cats and other pets are NOT permitted.

Any unauthorized pets on the premises will result in a non-refundable fee of $350 per pet.

MINIMUM AGE 25. Photo ID may be required at check-in. We do not rent to Horry County Residents.

Rental agreement must be signed within 3 days of booking to ensure a seamless check-in process.

We do NOT accept third-party payment sites (Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay, etc.)

A request to change reservations to a different property will be treated as a cancellation and therefore subject to this cancellation policy. Sea Chique was a perfect-sized house located 1/2 block from Surfside Beach for our family of 6 adults and 3 kids. The backyard pool and hot tub was also a big hit between spending time at the beach. The house was clean, the rooms spacious, and the outdoor deck was big enough for all to enjoy. We did have an issue with a broken lock to the deck which was promptly replaced by property management. A couple of the adults commented the mattresses could have been more comfortable. The location was about a half mile walk from Surfside Pier and restaurants. Very enjoyable stay. "

"Spring Break in Surfside
The location of the house was great! It was a 3 minute walk to the beach. Good size house for 2 families, which included 5 teenagers. The kitchen was well-stocked for a rental property. The layout of the house was a bit strange with 4 bedrooms on the upper floor and 1 on the main floor. The outdoor space was good and the hot tub is a plus since the pool isn't heated. Our only complaint is the beds were extremely uncomfortable and would recommend that the owners consider new mattresses. This was our first time in Surfside and we would definitely go back."

"Fun Family Beach - First Time to Myrtle Beach
Super convenient to beach, family friendly beach as well. Home was clean, and had great layout. We went with large group - 12 in all. The only suggestions we had would be maybe an upgrade on mattresses, and instructions to use Jacuszzi. We called management to get help for jacuzzi and they came right away! Looking forward to visiting Myrtle Beach, kids already asking to visit again. Thanks for letting us in"

We really enjoyed our big beautiful house for the week . Location was perfect, only a block away from beach access . Beds were comfortable. House was clean and had Everything we needed. Really enjoyed the hot tub and pool all to ourselves . Neighbors seamed to be real nice people too . was east to communicate with , they answered all my questions timely and even though I was arriving later than check in , they made sure I knew how to pick up the keys . "Beach House Review
The location of the house was perfect; only a block from the beach! The size fit our family as well. The only issue was some parts of the house were a little run down (i.e. small holes in the walls, screw exposed in the one bunkbed, bunk beds were really wobbly, etc). The hot tub was also intermittently working which was a little disappointing since it was a huge reason why we picked this place. Overall though, the place was good and we would totally recommend to our friends and family."

Stayed at the SeaChique with a family of 6. Lots of space and we all enjoyed the pool and hottub. Super close to beach and nice neighborhood to drive the golf cart around. Definitely plan on staying here again."

We really enjoyed the house. Enough parking for four cars and the golf cart. The pool was cold (it was late season) but the hot tub was awesome! The kitchen lighting was dim but the appliances all worked great. The house was very clean. The beds were good. We had a great time on the balcony. It was very close to the beach (5min walk,2 min with the golf cart) The whole family was comfortable and happy with the accommodations. The refrigerator had enough room for the groceries we bought for 9 people. They were plenty of dishes and cooking pots and pans. Know that there is a lot of steps to climb as all the houses in that area are up on stilts. We will be back. "

"DO NOT RENT THIS HOUSE
My husband and I, along with our 2 friends stayed at Sea Chique from September 26th through October 3rd. Upon arrival we noticed that the outside of the home appeared run down, in need of paint and repair. When we entered the home it appeared neat and orderly. Upon closer inspection, we realized how dirty the home was. The carpets were heavily stained, the couch (we never sat on it all week because it was so dirty!), was stained and smelled bad. The floors were filthy! We spilled some water and went to wipe it up with a paper towel....the paper towel was black! We cleaned every dish before using it. We had to clean the tubs before we could bathe. The outside of the home was in the same state........the pool and surrounding deck were dirty; the hot tub was dirty and most of the jets didn't work. Oh, did I mention the bugs? Yes, there were roaches in the bedroom we stayed in!
We called the property management company regarding these issues. They sent someone out to clean the hot tub, but the jets were never fixed so it was unusable. We were told that the condition of the home was due to the fact that it was "the end of the season." We were told that the rugs were cleaned at the beginning of the season. As far as the rest of the house being filthy, we weren't given an answer.

This by far, was the worst rental experience we have ever had! I would highly recommend that you NOT rent this property!"

"Family Vacation - SeaChique
We enjoyed our stay very much, the inside of the house was great and worked out well for the family. It was a great layout where everyone had plenty of space and was very clean. The pool area was disappointing, because of the type of trees that are planted back there they drop a lot of blooms/growth which keeps the pool deck and pool dirty. We had to rinse our coolers, the grill and chairs off every morning because of the droppings from the trees. The outdoor space was important to us, we wanted the house with a pool because of small children and all our meals were cooked outside. Also the pool area was small for 11 people to sit around and swim."

"Sea Chique - the good, bad, and ugly.
There was a lot to like about this property, but there were also some downsides. Below is the the good, bad, and ugly.

The ugly: The unit was dirty. The cleaning staff clearly cleaned individual items like sinks, showers, and toilets. However, everything in between was dirty. The walls and baseboards were stained with various grime. The cabinets in the kitchen had left over food debris on them. The doors throughout had visible grubby hand prints and dirt. The air filter vent was filled with dust that had collected overtime. In addition we found cockroaches in the first floor bedroom closet.

The bad: The beds were uncomfortable, but that was not a huge deal.

The good: The layout was perfect! The rooms were spacious and there was room for everyone. We also really enjoyed the pool which seemed to be clean and in good order.

The great: The location was the highlight. It was less than a 5 minute walk to the beach, and almost directly across from an access point. We also really appreciated being able to bring our dog. Lastly, communication with the was also very good.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but I am not sure I would stay at SeaChique again."
