This lovely home also features waterfront views, a spacious deck, a BBQ grill, a private dock for a 25-foot boat, kayaks, local rental, a walk to restaurants, and the town of Southold, near Greenport, Shelter Island! Enjoy incredible views and relax in privacy!
This home also has a full kitchen, yard, laundry room, garage, TV with cable, central air, pet friendly, and multiple seating areas! For stays over 21 days, please note that any extra utility costs beyond the initial charged amount are the guest's responsibility.
For stays over 29 nights, there might be an extra damage waiver fee. We'll get in touch to discuss the options and details.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%.
Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

This insurance is meant to cover any incidental damages to the property that may occur during your stay and does not cover any issues with your trip related to cancellation due to illness or other reasons.
