Welcome to our modern seaside townhome nestled in Solana Beach, just steps away from the beach. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this home is perfect for a family getaway or a retreat with friends.
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a spacious living area drenched in natural light and furnished for your ultimate comfort. A modern fully equipped kitchen makes staying in or entertaining a breeze, along with a private patio, balcony, and grill.
The bedrooms are located on the second floor, along with a full bathroom, while a half-bath powder room is located downstairs for your convenience. The primary bedroom is furnished with a comfy King bed and access to the home's balcony, while the guest room is furnished with two Twin beds and a Twin trundle.
Start your mornings with a cup of delicious coffee from nearby cafes before taking a leisurely stroll to the beach. With beach stairs just moments away, you'll have easy access to the sun, sand, and surf. And after a day of seaside fun, unwind in the community pool or soak your cares away in the hot tub. An ocean view just steps around the corner from your front door, 10 to be exact, to see the sunset (and maybe a green flash) and just a few more to the private beach access stairs.
Things To Note About This Property:
- Stays of 30 nights or longer are managed by (Property Management) (DRE 02215202) and are subject to additional lease terms.
- Maximum occupancy of 5, sleeps 5 people in beds (1 King bed, 2 Twin beds, 1 Twin Trundle)
- The home requires the navigation of stairs, with multiple stories as well as several stairs to access the beach.
- This property enforces a No Smoking policy, both within and outside the home - NO EXCEPTIONS
- Although the ambiance of a fireplace is cozy, please note that ours is not usable.
- This home is located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy around loud noise, excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighbors, over-occupancy, and parties. Violations of this policy will result in deposit forfeitures and/or evictions that are strictly enforced.

If I (WE) cancel our reservation more than 60 days prior to the occupancy date, the deposit is fully refundable minus a $350 cancellation fee and 4% credit card processing fee. If I (WE) cancel 60 days or less prior to the occupancy date, PSP will make every attempt to re-book my (OUR) Reservation. If PSP re-rents the property for the week of my (OUR) reservation at full price, I (WE) will receive a refund equal to 100% of the total paid minus a $350 cancellation fee and 4% credit card processing fee (if applicable). If necessary, PSP may re-rent the property for the week of my (OUR) reservation at a discounted rate in order to secure a last minute reservation. In this case, I (WE) will receive a refund equal to the newly discounted rate minus a $350 cancellation fee and 4% credit card processing fee (if applicable). If PSP is unable to re-rent the property for the week of my (OUR) reservation and the cancellation occurred 60 days or less prior to the occupancy date, the deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations to multi-week reservations are subject to the same policy, however a 10% cancellation fee of the total rental rate, and 4% credit card processing fee (if applicable). Partial cancellations to reservations of one calendar month or longer that result in a night count that is less than one full calendar month are subject to Transient Occupancy tax, in addition to the policies outlined above.
