This spacious home features hardwood flooring, a large bright white kitchen with granite and stainless steel, featuring views of the pool, fenced backyard for the kids, and poolside dining for the adults. We are excited to host your group. • No smoking • No parties or events • Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM • Minimum rental age of 25 • For a confirmed reservation, it is mandatory to submit a comprehensive guest list by email • Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the host prior to arrival • Ring doorbell camera recording • Nightly rate based on standard occupancy rate, additional occupancy fees may apply. • Hourly rates may apply for early check in or late check out. • We are pet-friendly with a fee per pet per stay that is paid separately once a reservation is confirmed.
