All cancellations will be charged a cancellation fee, of $150.00, 3% credit card fee (if applicable), and a $45.00 reservation fee. The aforementioned applies to ALL reservation cancellations

"Perfect location on Santa Rosa Beach.
This is a great location. The exterior has been newly updated. The rental company delivers quick responses. The pool is very nice. The walk to the private beach is also nice and of course it’s a great beach area. The location is central to many shopping areas. Having a garage was wonderful. Unit 34 is very dated. We knew this going into it and received a call from the rental company to make sure we realized how outdated it was but the views from the two balcony’s are nice. The furniture is old, shag carpet, outdated kitchen. Mattresses are new and all appliances work fine. It’s a very large condo."

"Wonderful Stay at Seagrove Condo with Excellent Service and Locat
We had a fantastic stay at this condo at Emerald Hill. The location was unbeatable, with easy access to a beautiful private beach with security was excellent! The condo itself was clean and well-maintained, although it was a bit dated as stated. We are so grateful for the incredibly reduced rate, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The Property Rentals team had great communication and kept us informed throughout our stay. They even called to check on us while we were there, which was a thoughtful touch. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing family beach vacation. We will definitely be returning!"

We loved our stay at Emerald Hill. The unit is dated, however this was disclosed to us and we were completely fine with it. We just wanted an affordable place to stay that was by the beach. Thank you!"

"Great location- needs updated but saved money due to that/����
The management company was open and honest about the unit needing updated . The rental was less to rent due to that fact. I knew that and was fine with that to save. The location is great !! The unit has a garage - there were beach chairs in it . If you rent bikes they need to go in the garage due to HOA rules. The carpet is dated and not dirt stained from traffic . Appliances outdated but the oven, fridge, and dishwasher all worked fine . Washer & dryer was new and worked well. Coffee machine is NOT auto shut off and needs filters . No corkscrew if u want wine and bring spices if your going to cook. No grill but there is a cheap hibachi grill in the garage and you can grill outside the garage . The deck furniture is broken and dated.

Overall good experience with the management company and to save money I didn’t mind overlooking the outdated unit . We spent most of our time on the beach which isn’t crowded due to it being private and hardly anyone uses the pool. It is right on the bike path and we rode bikes to the food trucks and entertainment and shopping nearby . Overall - I would rent from this company again - they were very prompt to answer questions and helpful. There are 3 flights of stairs in the unit. But, it is spacious . "

The condo seem to be clean (although we sterilized it when we arrived). The furniture in the living room was totally worn out and the TV was too small for the large room, the lighting was not good through out. The master TV was bigger and no TV in the second BR. There was mold in the second BR and the vent was barely hanging from the ceiling. The furniture on the decks were not durable nor safe to sit on. The decor was not a problem and we knew that it was out dated before we arrived, we didn’t expect it to be worn out .
I would suggest new furniture and get rid of the mold.
We couldn’t park in the garage due to the junk in the garage. Old fridge and bicycles etc.
The beds slept fine. Won’t stay there again."

"Wedding trip to beach
We had great time. Place out of date, but perfect area an clean. Very roomy. Only issue was roofers working daily an unsafe walking to beach. Only one entrance. Should have had someone cleaning as nails, tar paper an other
material flew down from roof area. Reported by several tenants but nothing was done."

"Good vacation in a dated unit.
We knew going in that the unit was “dated” so it wasn’t a surprise to us. It would make a good bachelor pad. The unit was fairly clean, however there was some sand in some spots and some of the dishes were dirty even though they were put away. Not too big of a deal to us because we wash things before we use them no matter what. The entry doors are not keyed alike, they give you a key for the front door knob only. The deadbolt on the front door and the door handle on the garage door use separate keys. We locked ourselves out of the unit on our first day there. Door locks are fairly cheap and easy to replace, seems like a no brainer to have them all keyed the same. Gary from the Seagrove Rental Company responded quickly and gave us a key to the deadbolt so we would have less of a chance to lock ourselves out again. The unit isn’t well cared for, the ceilings were falling in some areas, not sheetrock but the coating on it. The balcony doors were very hard to open and close and there was a film on the glass for the balcony doors that wouldn’t come off. The beach access for the complex could be nice but tropical storm Christobal came through a week before and a lot of sand was washed away so every morning there would be water all the way up the beach from the tide being high. It would recede around lunchtime. The beach was still useable but not as nice as if you go down about 500 feet to the east. Overall it was a decent stay"

"Perfect Location - Nothing Fancy
We had a great stay at Emerald Hill #34. We have stayed in these condos before and this was our first time trying a larger unit. Very spacious and equipped with the basic needs of any beach weekend. I will say that this condo is very outdated and the appliances have seen better days (especially the washer & dryer). However, it is clean and in a great location. We would stay again. "

"Needs to be Renovated
While we were very happy with the property management company and the location of this property, this condo needs a major renovation. The walls need to be painted. There is peeling door trim paint in the bedrooms and the popcorn ceiling is falling off over the dining area. The bathroom fixtures, condo cabinets, and appliances look original and are discolored and stained so that they appear unclean. The living room couches are worn and look unclean. The only nice feature is the tiled floor in the living and kitchen area."

Unit was VERY clean and VERY spacious! Great pool view and slight view of ocean. Location is fantastic as you can walk or bike anywhere in Seagrove. Unit is well equipped with plenty of storage, and beds are comfortable. Would definitely stay here again for this price."

"Emerald Hill 34
We've stayed at this condo unit for quite a few years, and it's at a good price, but you have to just expect the basics and nothing fancy. It hasn't been updated in about a decade -- same upholstery, same old bedspreads, etc. It is in dire need of basic updating and refreshing just to make it feel nicer! However, it's in generally good shape -- everything works so it's still fine, since we pretty much use it as a place to eat and sleep and the convenience and amenities of this complex cannot be beat."

"Great Spot but Very Outdated
The travel group we worked with was fantastic. The property was in a great location and well kept as possible. It is decorated on a late 1970's early 1980's and has not had updates in over 30 years. The icemaker does not work and all TV's are tubes except the TV in the living room is a 28 inch low resolution flat screen. There is a lot of mold on the ceiling and walls in the garage and the ceilings are coming down in several places in the house. The Master bathroom light over the sink will only work if you flip the switch up and down very fast. On both doors facing the pool only the left side door works and the right are rusted shut. The garage door does not work electoronically and the handle is falling off. You can only raise it by hand and have to slam it down to get the hand release to lock it. There are also a lot of old tube TV's and rusted out bikes and other trash stored in the garage so it is difficult to use."
