"Heaven on Earth
Every step of our booking was easy! All descriptions were true and on point. The condo was perfect and the location was awesome. Just a few Steps and you are on the sand and in the water. Pool was a very nice size as well. Very clean area."

"Great location on Seagrove Beach
Our family stayed a week in July. I think the location is perfect. Beach is beautiful. Not crazy crowded like Seaside but close enough you could walk there. The property was comfortable, but the living room furniture was worn. The primary bedroom was really the highlight of comfortable and nice. Not the cleanest place as there was popcorn and a muffin wrapper on the floor in the living room and a plastic bottle cap on the rug next to the bed in the primary when we got there. There were many little maintenance issues like a broken deadbolt and hairdryer as examples. I have never stayed in a vacation condo that had nothing to at least start you in the kitchen. Plenty of dishes, silverware , pots, equipment, etc. (though not all clean) But no supplies like salt, pepper, starter coffee service, extra trash bags or toilet paper. The online description said that you "may" need to bring some of those things, but not everything... Not real convenient for folks that fly in like we did. There were some beach chairs and toys. That was nice although at least one of the chairs smelled like puke and couldn't be used. This sounds like a bad experience. It's not. Again, the location is awesome and the condo was generally comfortable. You just need to know the shortcomings to be prepared."

"Emerald Hill 14 vacation
Emerald Hill in Seagrove Beach is a great small condo complex. Location and maintenance of the complex are exceptional. Unit 14 which has been updated was overall a nice place to stay. The view from both floors of the ocean are amazing. The bunk room is cool for kids and the decor is well done. The master suite has a nice shower and remote control curtains. Master bed is quite firm. The biggest issues with are stay were the following. Refrigerator was not operating when we arrived. I quickly realized that the GFCI receptacle needed to be reset further down the countertop. Easy fix but took longer to get refrigerator to operational temp for our food. The unit didn’t have a broom to sweep up, another easy fix to the local Publix but still a hassle and a broom should be made available. Water faucets in some of the bathrooms are backwards (hot should be on the left and cold on the right). Cleanliness of the unit before our arrival was not ideal. Glass doors were not wiped down, old granola bar on the floor next to the worn out sofa. Dust on the picture art, and under the curtains. Deadbolt to the unit doesn’t work and storm door on the front is hard to close."

"Perfect ocean view from update condo
Our group of eight (five adults, three teens) had a great week in Emerald Hills 14! Condo is nicely updated, yet comfortable, including the outdoor seating on both balconies. Large refrigerator was great for our group. Towels and initial supplies were good for our group. Condo’s washer/dryer are a big help for your beach towels, etc. Location of Emerald Hills condos is perfect, near bike and beach equipment rental, restaurants, grocery store, etc. Well-maintained, secure complex. "

The only suggestion I have for the owners is that in a first class property I would think it would be appropriate to provide local television service rather than requiring the renter to subscribe to a streaming service"

"Pretty good condo, would stay again.
Condo was nice has a few minor issues. Kitchen lights flickered a lot was the main issue. Beds were nice and slept well. Walk to the beach was easy and not a ton of steps. Location was great and beach was not busy even the week of the 4th. "

Overall had a great trip! There were a few small issues that were handled right away. The property managers were very attentive and helpful. The outdoor furniture could use a little updating, but overall very satisfied with our stay and would definitely stay again."

"Perfect beach location
Beachfront location can’t be beat! In the quiet section of 30a but biking/walking distance to many restaurants/shops. Short flight of stairs down to beach. Views from living room and master. Unit was just renovated and not entirely finished it seemed...just missing some finishing touches (curtains, dressers, toilet paper holders). Mattress in master was rock hard BUT the management company took care of it immediately by bringing us a mattress pad. They were extremely responsive with any questions. Lighting in master was so dark. Never used the pool but it looked nice! "

Our stay at Emerald Hill #14 in Seagrove was great. We got to stay in a recently updated condo. It was very nice. We had 6 people in our party and there was plenty of room. The property management team was very helpful with questions we had. Will definitely stay again. Only issue was lower bedroom was stuffy, so take a fan! "

My vacation experience was good!! We love the location of the unit. When we arrived the light in the master bathroom was being replaced. Once it was replaced it flickered all week. The maintenance just said we’d have to deal with it. The toilet in master bedroom had a clump of hair in it. The tub/shower needed a good bleaching. There was a lot of mildew around all the fixtures. The kitchen counters were also sticky when we arrived. My only complaint with the unit is that it needed a good cleaning!! "

We love Seagrove and Emerald Hill. My only complaints are minor. The bedroom TV didn't work and the refrigerator has some flimsy door shelves that fell off! I'd love to see a light put over the key code on the gate to the beach. very hard to see at night."

"The Condo is OLD and so are the mattresses
When they say this unit was renovated, they must have meant "painted" because that is all that has been done! The kitchen was terrible and there is NO way you could prepare a dinner meal... you would not have had the kitchen wares to do so! The mattresses are the original ones... 30+ years so they added a topper! There is no way the condo has been spring cleaned... in years! All of the bathtubs have been scrubbed for so long they are ruff like sandpaper. The only saving grace was that it sits right on the beach and within biking distance to Seaside for the teens! The pictures were taken 10-15 years ago... I knew when I rented it that it looked dated and old, that is an understatement! It was absolutely worn out, broken and needed a good scrubbing!

"Great Location but Needs Updates
The location was amazing. The property is in need of updating in a major way. I recommend it based on the location and you can be on the beach in 30 seconds. However, the kitchen, bathrooms, furniture, carpeting, closets, etc are falling apart. "
