Inside, you'll find a spacious and beautifully decorated interior with wood flooring, granite countertops, crown molding, and high ceilings throughout. The living room is perfect for movie nights with a large flat-screen TV and DVD player. Step out onto the covered porch to enjoy the Martini Dipping Pool and plenty of seating. Downstairs, there's even more outdoor space with a Weber grill and a large picnic-style table by the pool, perfect for BBQs!
Here's the bedding setup:
- 3 King master bedrooms with ensuite baths.
- Bunkroom with 4 twin beds and ensuite bath.
- Extra full bath off the 2nd-floor living area and a half bath off the 1st-floor living area.
No smoking, no parties, and no pets are allowed in this lovely getaway.
Families are more than welcome, but the minimum renting age is 25 years old. Singles under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian on the premises, with one parent for every two persons under 25. A PARENT MUST BE STAYING IN THE UNIT AT ALL TIMES.
