The screened porch behind the home is spacious with plenty of seating and a flat screen TV. The built-in ceiling heaters warm the screened porch area on those crisp fall mornings and evenings.
A palm tree lined community pool is right next door and the beach entrance is only a 3 minute bike ride away, even faster when you take the 6 seater golf cart. The Walton Dunes Beach entrance features parking, a bike rack, and zero entry to the sand – no stairs! Community also features public park access to Eastern Lake for paddle boarding, fishing, kayaking, or YOLO boards. Complimentary use of a golf cart available (some restrictions)
