Highland Parks is one of the newest developments in Blue Mountain Beach. Located along Scenic Co. Hwy 30A, and this planned pedestrian community is quickly becoming the place to stay when visiting the Emerald Coast. "Coastal Heaven" is a complete beach vacation! This 4 bedroom / 3.5 bath home has been tastefully and comfortably decorated. The open floor plan lends itself to offer time together no matter where you are downstairs. Offering 2 living spaces, a spacious dining area, with seating for 6 at the table, as well as seating for 6 more at the counter. The kitchen is very nicely equipped with granite countertops, stainless appliances and a wide variety of cooking utensils and small appliances. The first of 4 bedrooms sits just off the kitchen and is outfitted with a queen bed, and en-suite bath, and a 42" smart TV. There is a half bath located on the first floor as well. Upstairs on the second floor is the Master Suite. It offers a king bed, a 70" TV, and a spacious en-suite bath with a spa-like walk-in shower. On this floor you'll also find 1 queen bedroom and one with 2 sets of full bunks connected with a Jack-and-Jill bath. Each of the two bedrooms have 40" televisioIn addition to the beautiful accommodations, "Coastal Heaven" also offers a 6 passenger golf cart to whisk you to a beach of your choice! "Coastal Heaven" is just a short distance to the Highland Parks pool and pool house. Along with a resort-style pool, hot tub, fire pit and covered grill area, this area also has an observation tower rising above the tree line offering expanding views of the Gulf of Mexico. Highland Parks is located directly on the 30A walking/biking path connecting you to multiple beach accesses and the towns on the corridor. Within the neighborhood you can wander along the brick paved streets leading to Scenic Hwy 30A. The 30A corridor offers everything for everyone. Bike along the bike path, paddleboard on Western Lake, or stroll through an array of galleries and boutiques at Seaside. "Coastal Heaven" is also convenient to a number of restaurants throughout Gulf Place, Blue Mountain Beach, Grayton Beach, Watercolor, and Seaside. From fine seafood to casual outdoor dining, you'll find it all nearby.
