This newly constructed property is adjacent to the main property, which sits directly on Big Redfish Lake. There are several beach access points in the area, with the closest being 1 block from the property. Features of the carriage house include a full kitchen with stainless appliances, living area with 50" TV and a counter with seating for two. The bedroom features a king bed and a full bath with dual vanities, and a large walk-in shower. The Blue Mountain Beach area is conveniently located on Scenic Hwy 30-A, making "Crystal Blue Persuasion" the perfect retreat for a beach getaway. In addition, Blue Mountain Beach offers an array of activities including bike trails and shopping and is located near Grayton Beach State Park.
