The spacious beach house is permited to have up to 10 guests ages 12 and up and has beds for 8 additional younger children.
You won’t want to leave this spacious (2900 square foot) house with views of the beautiful Monterey Bay. Catch some rays on the deck that stretches the length of the house and enjoy great views, ocean breezes and the sounds of the nearby surf, too!
Large vaulted ceilings in the living room and master bedroom with ocean views from here, the deck, dining room and kitchen. Living and dining rooms each have fireplaces to add to the ambience as you relax on the sofa and play one of our many board games. Or you may choose to relax in master suite on the new king-size bed while you enjoy the ocean view.
Sleep comfortably on all new linens and Beauty Rest mattresses, an Eastern king in the master bedroom and pairs of extra long twins in all the other bedrooms. New sofa sleepers, too! Queens in the living room and family room and a single sofa sleeper in the dining room.
26th Avenue Beach is well known for great for surfing, boogie boarding and wake boarding. Bring your bikes for scenic rides. Other amenities are, a hot outdoor shower, wireless internet access throughout house, 50 inch HD Plasma TV, HD-DVD player and HD cable.
A perfect place for family reunions, team building weekends, retreats, wedding / graduation/ event guest accomodations.

Pairs of Extra Long Twin beds that can be made up into Kings in the 3 other bedrooms. In addition, we have a day bed with a trundle bed that can be made up into a short King, located in one side of the family room.
Convertible Bed: 2 Queen size sofa sleepers, one in the living room and another in one end of the family room in front of the 50" HD TV. Also, a 3rd Queen Innerspring Futon in the dining room. And, a single sofa sleeper tucked into a nook in the living room. We have a standard height blow-up beds and a crib in the upstairs closets.
