The Belize Cottage is reminiscent of a Mediterranean-style villa with white plaster walls and ceilings above exposed log beams. The living, dining, and kitchen areas are open, and can accommodate several conversation groups simultaneously. The space extends outdoors onto a covered dining area, which looks down onto a fountain terrace, which itself is surrounded by a tropical garden. A covered balcony off the main bedroom upstairs extends the full width of the house, and affords a view of the tree-lined boardwalk to the Eastern Green. Two other balconies overlook the garden below. You'll love the ambiance!

"Superb Visit at Belize Cottage
Belize Cottage is by far the best property we've stayed at in Rosemary over the last 3 years. Elegantly decorated with only a 3 minute walk to the beach and steps away from Coquina Pool. A 3 minute walk to the Rosemary village though just far enough to enjoy quiet solitude. Great service from the staff with easy check-in/out. We will be back to Belize Cottage in future years."

"Great for family of 4/5
You cannot beat the location of this house and it is perfectly fine for a short trip to Rosemary. That said, you should know that there is no view of the water, the house stays very dark from tree coverage, and guest rooms and common areas are quite small. No problem if you plan to spend all of your time on the sand but could be tight with lousy weather. Perfect for one family of 4 + grandparents or a family of 5. "

"Love the Belize Cottage
I loved the location! So close to beach and pool.
Loved the front porch and grounds. I would make some suggestions for improvements. Put a king bed in the Master, put TV’s in the other bedrooms.

"Great location
The location of the house was top notch. Just 2 houses away from the Coquina pool and a block away from the beach walkover. While the kitchen appliances and dinnerware were well stocked, there were no kitchen pantry items (not even salt and pepper). No dishcloths, one extra blanket, no beach towels, etc. The pictures online indicated the house was light bright and airy. A little disappointed that in reality, it was quite dark and more yellow than what we thought it would be. While the house was clean, it felt a little tired. "

"Peaceful retreat
Very convenient, provided bikes if you didn’t want to walk. Clean, well maintained house and quiet. Close to all amenities. Provided one side of a garage for parking, which is at a premium, but you’d better have a small car! Restaurants were good overall. Pools well maintained. Not a lot of living space, but lovely outdoor space."

"The most amazing vacation spot
This home was beautifully decorated and perfectly located. Tucked away with a shaded relaxing porch and balcony, we were even able to enjoy the rainy day we had there. "Great house, location, and customer service!
We're a family of 5 from Houston, and had a wonderful stay at Belize Cottage. First time to Rosemary. The house itself is great. We particularly loved the downstairs covered porch for outdoor dinners, and the upstairs porch for relaxing. Location is fantastic. Quiet corner of town, only a few houses from the pool, and an easy walk to the beach walkovers, playground, and Main St.
Unfortunately we had a dead car battery on the trip, and the management company did a fantastic job replacing it for us! Really appreciated the help while traveling away home.
FYI for anyone arriving with a large car, our ~201.6" long SUV fit in the garage with a only couple inches clearance, but a number of other SUVs in the area didn't fit in garages and were parked in the street.
We can't wait to go back. Fantastic place. "

"Paradise in Rosemary Beach
Belize is the perfect place to stay if you are vacationing at Rosemary Beach. Steps away from the pool and ocean, shopping and tennis courts! The house is beautifully decorated and being on a corner lot gives you extra privacy. There is a guest house above the garage which was rented by others but they were great! Definitely rent a small car because the garage is tiny and street parking can be a hassle!"

"Fantastic Rosemary Cottage
This has by far been our favorite stay in Rosemary Beach. You cannot beat the location, so close to the Coquina Pool and less than 5 minutes to the sand. After walking around and looking at other homes, we are sure this house has the best outdoor spaces. We did not use the garage parking as our large SUV was to tight a fit to take our chances. Street parking was just fine and was right next to the home. We hope to visit again in the future!"

"Don’t do it you have to reserve sand at the beach
Our stay started very rocky. We were told 5:00 pm as check in time and did not get in until 6:00. We realize these are different times with covid but they asked us when we were getting in and we let them know we were getting in at 11:00. We watched the cleaning crew cleaning houses all around us and didn’t even start cleaning ours till 3:15. Why ask when your getting in if you have no plan on letting anyone in until after 6:00. Also just FYI something you are definitely not informed of is that you have to get in a long line at 9:00 ( although most people are lining up starting at 8:00 am) to reserve sand on the beach. If you didn’t reserve chairs on the beach through the chair company they give you then you can’t sit on the beach. We went down the first day early and put our chairs and umbrella out only to find out that you have to stand in line get a piece of sand on the beach usually in the third row and their are only about 6 spots per walkway and we were on walkway C. My frustration with this is that he rental company never mentioned this and we found out when we got down there. The beach was packed with rental chair company chairs it was ridiculous. I will never do Rosemary Beach again like this. Beware!!!!!! The house was nice and a great location but the pools were packed with way to many people and I just told you what the beach was like. Go somewhere else. For how much we spent it was not worth it due to having to reserve sand everyday and pools packed. "

One of the best rentals properties we’ve stayed at. Very clean kitchen well stocked. No complaints except We went on New Years Day which was pretty cold and we wanted to use the fireplace but it didn’t work.
Called the mgmt company where she said the owner blocked the gas line and she’d give us a credit but we never received one. "

For over a decade I have enjoyed vacations at many locations on "30 A". Our stay in Rosemary Beach at Belize Cottage and Carriage House was the most outstanding ever! The accommodations in terms of location, architectural design including lovely porches, appointments, kitchen and other amenities were excellent. The ease of check-in and check-out and descriptive local suggestions under was super. I plan to return and would definitely recommend Belize and to my friends. "

"Relaxing Comfort
My family stayed at Belize Cottage in June. The owners happened to be onsite during part of our stay. Lee & Judy were extremely pleasant and helpful. They wanted to make sure our stay was comfortable for us. We had an issue with the smart TV remote & they contacted the management company immediately for us who promptly brought an Apple TV for us to use during our stay. The home was so relaxing & inviting. We enjoyed our week there. It had everything that we needed. We loved it & hope to return to their home again!"
