Had a very nice week in the Gates Cottage at Rosemary Beach. The house was adequate for 4 adults, a nanny, a toddler, and a newborn. The general condition of the house was good; it was a typical rental. We were most satisfied with its location. Just steps from the pool and a short walk to the Eastern Green walkover. It was extremely convenient when vacationing with very small children. 30A luxury vacation made the entire vacation very easy. Very professional operation"

"Great Home, will rent again
We have come to Rosemary 5 years using 2 different rental
Companies and staying at 3 different houses. provides superior service than the other popular company we’ve used. The homes are better equipped also. We really liked Gates cottage- the location, the decks, bedrooms, bathrooms. The laundry/mud room spot was great coming in from the beach. Even the shower downstairs was an unexpected help with the kids after the beach or pool. The home was very well equipped with everything we needed. We have already rented again for our trip next year."

"Great location in Rosemary!
We enjoyed our stay at Gates Cottage with our grown children and 2 of our grand kids! We love the location on the boardwalk, one house away from the Coquina pool and a very short walk to the beach! "Beautiful Home, Perfect Location
Cannot imagine a better home or location for our group on our first trip to Rosemary Beach. Traveling with four young kids can be a challenge, but this home's proximity to the pool (no need to pack snacks!) and beach (only schlepping beach gear approx 100 yards) made everything so much easier. The home is beautiful and kitchen well-stocked with everything you might need. We traveled with grandparents and there were lots of living spaces for kids or adults to escape. Would absolutely return."

"Great house!
We had a great week in Rosemary. This house was the perfect size for our family of 5. The location is great. Only a few steps to the pool and was an easy walk to the beach with our girls (8, 5, and 4). I little bit of a walk to restaurants but our girls did fine. The house had plenty of towels, and everything in the kitchen you would need. I did buy paper plates to make life easier for the week. And brought my kids plastic milk cups which I’m glad I did. It would be nice if the house came with at least a couple beach towels. We have to fly to Florida so it’s not super convenient to bring big towels in a suitcase. And one note- we were not able to check in until 5pm. They told us that in advance, but that is very late. We felt a little cheated on our money to have to pay for a whole day and not get to check in until 5pm/ then check out by 10am. Overall great house and will be back again. "

"Great Location in Rosemary!
We had a wonderful long weekend in Gates Cottage! We had plenty of room and the house is just steps from the Coquina Pool. A nice walk to the beach as well - a couple of blocks. Everything we needed was right at our fingertips. Kitchen large and fully stocked. 3 bedrooms on the 2nd level - master bedroom and bath were lovely. Third floor had a bedroom and large bonus room with tiered seating that could double as several twin beds. The house is well thought out and works well for a big group. We also loved the long bench that spans the kitchen through the living room. Lots of space to sit and store things all along it. Overall would definitely stay here again!"

"Gates Cottage Gets an A+
Gates Cottage is exactly as advertised. We spent 7 nights and loved every minute. It is a great set-up for families with children. Plenty of space and great bunk room. Plus for older children, the 3rd Floor TV room is a perfect place to lounge after a day a the beach. For those who cook in, the kitchen is ideal for food prep. A 30 second walk gets you to our favorite pool in Rosemary. A mere 2-minute walk gets you to the fabulous Rosemary beach. Location, location, location!"
