"Awesome Stay at Rosemary Beach!
We rented sight unseen from , and we were extremely pleased with the property and support. The house was only 250 steps from the Rosemary Beach and came with every amenity you could ask for: completely outfitted kitchen, 4 bikes to use, gas fired grill, big screen TV's and the list goes on. We especially enjoyed the private access to the beach with chair and umbrella service and the access four community pools. We were steps from Main Street and all the great shopping and dining. We could not have asked for a better location or rental!"

"Great property for long-time Rosemary vacationers
This was our second stay with 30a Luxury and we were very pleased. Communication is great and if you have an issue they will handle it quickly. There was a wind storm while we were there and it flipped the grill over. I texted property mgmt and maintenance came within 30 minutes. The location is perfect as it’s on a quiet culdesac and 2 min from South Barrett Square or 4 min from the beach. The decor is beautiful and recently updated. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could need. Large closets, plenty of storage space, and sizable bathroom counters were also really nice. "

Location is top notch, close to everything but super peaceful. Management company very responsive which made any small problem even smaller. I don’t know if I would recommended this to multi family groups as there are only 2 full baths. We will definitely be back and will be staying here again!!!"

"Great Place!
Beautiful house to stay, so close to the beach/pools/restaurants of rosemary! Our flight landed very early in the day and they let us drop off our luggage to the office so we could go to the beach and enjoy our day while the house was getting cleaned/ready. They dropped our luggage at the house when it was available! Very responsive when the door code stopped working and had it fixed within minutes. Would highly recommend!!
I would note if you are planning on cooking, there are no basic items such as salt, pepper, oil, etc. "

The Rose cottage was absolutely wonderful! It fit our family of 6 perfectly. The house is in a perfect location - just a minute walk to the beach and to the town. The house was so clean and impeccably decorated. There have also been updates to the bathrooms since the photos were taken, so it was even better than expected. "Nice but not luxury...
Good location - south of 30A! Beautiful home overall. We loved the swinging bed on the front porch! Home decor was lovely. Patio furniture and living room furniture is very worn and could use cushion replacement. Would have enjoyed having a Keurig for morning coffee - please consider adding! Mentioned in other reviews that I originally dismissed... Bathroom mirrors are hung too high to see yourself in if you are under 5'4". Stairs are steep and all bedrooms are on the 2nd floor.
Overall a lovely home that could use a little extra love. Property staff was very helpful and attentive with the two issues that we had and they were resolved quickly. "

"Lovely Rosemary beach cottage
This is my third stay @ Rosemary beach & it never disappoints. Rose cottage was very nice. My only negative, & this is on me, is all the bedrooms r upstairs. My husband & I r both in our 60's & going up & down them many times a day proved difficult @ times. He has bad knees. I should've found a place w/ a bedroom on main level. The kitchen was great, & stocked w/ everything we could possibly need. Overall, a wonderful place."

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location just a block and a half from downtown & The Pearl Hotel, and a just over a block to the beach. Very well kept home. Clean as well. If I had to criticize something, I would say one more bathroom upstairs would have been nice - but it’s not a big deal. "

"Perfect location!
The best location. A 3 minute walk to the town square for restaurants, shopping, coffee, etc. A 5 minute walk to the beach. It was a beautiful home in great condition. We appreciated the bed rails that were available to use in the bunk room. The only issue we had was with the floors not being vacuumed very well. However, we called, and in less than 10 minutes, they sent someone over to vacuum. Problem solved so we were very happy. "

"Great house and location
This was our third year in RB, and we've stayed in different houses each year. This is a great house in a very convenient location. It felt more like a hotel than an Airbnb, in a good way. It is VERY well maintained and the kitchen is well-stocked; however, there is no pantry of spices, etc like you might find in an Airbnb. That said, the quality of the rest of the house more than makes up for it. One important note for families with younger kids: the top bunk beds don't have any kind of rails. "

"Overall a great house
My family and I loved the house for the most part. Great layout, perfect location, generally clean. Beautiful house. Our only complaints: comforters in kids’ room had not been washed in a long time and had stains; grill couldn’t be used because it was so dirty; not enough paper products for a weeklong stay (only a few rolls of toilet paper and one paper towel roll); couldn’t get the vacuum to work; and the checkout time of 10 am wasn’t mentioned explicitly until the day before checkout (if we had known it was that early, we would have made different flight plans). Maintenance was very responsive to a complaint about a broken shade. We would still recommend the house, as they are just minor issues."

"Best start to summer!
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our week at Rose Cottage. The home was wonderful... clean clean!
Stocked kitchen made eating dinner in easy!
And the outdoor table was perfect for late dinners outside. So conveniently located to beach and even though our chair rentals had a crossover that was a small distance, we roads bikes every day to walkover.
We had a small problem with our WiFi but called and someone came over that very day and fixed it.
Absolutely no complaints.

"Great house and location
We have been coming to 30A for our fall break for 8 years, staying in a different community/house each time and this house was by far, the best one we've stayed in. The rooms were spacious, the layout was very conducive to hanging out together to play games or to find quiet corners for reading and down time. We were indoors more than normal due to scattered storms each day, so we really appreciated this. The master bed was very comfortable and shower pressure was good. (we find these two things to be hard to find) The location was only two blocks from the Rosemary restaurants and shops and very close the a pool and beach. The mgmt company was on top of everything we needed and checked in to make sure things were going well. The 4 bikes were awesome - great condition and fit all sizes of our family of four. (youngest turned 12 during our stay) We will be back!"

"Perfect cottage in the perfect location!
We loved staying at Rose Cottage. The house is even more beautiful in person. The promiscuity to town and the beach were perfect for our family of 4 with a 1 and 3 year old. It was easy to walk to the beach and to restaurants in the square. We rode bikes too. The layout of the house worked well for us and there’s enough space between bedrooms that everyone slept peacefully. I can’t wait to come stay here again! The property management company was very helpful and accommodating! "

Rose Cottage is a lovely house in a superb location in Rosemary Beach. It is well appointed, nice furniture and interiors. The property company called mid-stay to check in and the only complaint was a chair in the living room appeared to be broken (navy blue with white ticking/stripes) - it is a swivel chair and was toppling over when one was sitting in it. We loved the location and will definitely return!"

"Rose Cottage - a wonderful week
Everything was wonderful except for one minor problem and another more important detractor. (minor) The Harmony IT integration system was not working; the cabinet doors were required to be open and the three tuners were required to operate the various systems. Recommendation: Have the Harmony system properly reinstalled.
(important) The queen-size bed in the second bedroom was very uncomfortable for my daughter and husband for the third year. Recommend it be replaced with a new high-quality box springs and mattress.
Everything else in Rose Cottage well satisfied our needs.
The excellent staff of was very professional and responsive. And, the text reminders were a very nice addition to your outstanding services."

We had a lovely week in the Rose Cottage! Plenty of room, great decor, and the walk to both the beach and town center was pleasant and short. The house was clean, and well taken care of. Kitchen was fully stocked. Loved the porch swing. Only disadvantage was that one of our bikes lock was not working and unable to be used all week, the outside shower needed to be repaired and the TV in the family room was a little confusing to work. Other then that the stay was perfect!"

"Rose Cottage Review
This was our annual trip to Rosemary, but our first time in Rose Cottage. The property is in a perfect location, in a cul de sac, so it was easy to enter and exit. Although there's no garage, I actually found that to make things easier since we have a large SUV which wouldn't have been easily parked in those tiny Rosemary garages. We usually rent closer to the beach since we have small kids, but when we arrived I realized this cottage is close to everything--beach, pool, shops, dining, and crossing 30A. The cottage itself was perfect for our family of 2 adults, 2 kids, and 1 grandparent. Simple decor, despite the high price tag, but definitely had everything we needed. My kids loved the bunk beds, but the ladders are metal and tough to climb, and the top bunks are very high with no railings so I made them sleep in the bottom bunks ("mean Mommy").
I must mention the best part about this rental--the rental agency! The app was very convenient--checking into and out of the property was a breeze. It was also great to have all the info I needed (codes, phone #s) with me on my phone wherever I went. They called to check on us on the second day and although we didn't need anything, it was a nice courtesy call. We found out that friends of ours that own a cottage in Rosemary use to rent their property out too--now we know why!
Excellent vacation--we miss Rosemary already! "

"Too small for price
We have stayed at several homes in Rosemary and this was our biggest disappointment. The size and quality of the house did not seem worth the price when compared to what we've rented in the past. The refrigerator kept leaking and the master shower leaked through the floor to the first floor ceiling. I left two messages with the rental company but didn't hear back.
They were more helpful in the beginning of our stay, allowing early check-in, calling to follow up after our first day and addressed all concerns immediately. But we did not receive a response after that. "

"Great property & management company
We stayed with our 4 little kids in this house in Mid-November. It's a beautiful house in a great location. Very well decorated and convenient to everything. The rental company was great and sent us back several items (we asked about 1 item and they found 5) via Fed-X. Some lights were out and the frying pan was ruined and they fixed those the same day. This is a great house for kids or two couples. Two places to eat (great outside area in the shade) and an 8 person dining table. For parents, there are bars for the top bunks that are not shown.

Very nice decor, clean, and comfortable. The gas grill was in great operating condition and grilling utensils were provided. We had a problem with the dryer, but it was finally able to be fixed four days into our stay and was very professionally handled by the property management company. "Great house
We had two families and it worked perfectly. The top bunks are pretty high but luckily the house came with removable side guards not shown in the pictures. Master bedroom was fantastic. Great location with easy walk to Main Street and walkover F. Having two dedicated parking spots was a huge help.
Small issue was the outside table glass was broken on our arrival. The company quickly resolved the issue by removing the glass "

"The Perfect Vacation
Rose Cottage was tastefully decoarted (just as pictured), spacious, and clean. The cottage was a quick walk or bike ride to the beach (which was key with two children under the age of 2 that required tons of stuff for the beach), main street and all restaurants and shopping. The cottage was equipped with everything we needed and more. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to visit again in the near future. We shared the unit with another family and never felt cramped. In addition, the rental agency will go above and beyond to ensure you have a nice stay. After we arrived home my husband realized he had left his laptop! Chris, the owner, immediatley went to the cottage and overnighted the computer (not what I would deem to be in his job title or what he probably had time to do, but he did it) -seriously top notch service! Thanks again for everything!"
