Bikes are available year-round and 1 Beach Chair setup (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) are included courtesy of La Dolce Vita March 1st through October 31st! Just let the on-site staff know which condo you are staying in!

High Pointe 414 is close to multiple attractions for you and your family to enjoy. Within the resort, you’ll find tennis courts, shuffleboard, and pickleball courts, offering plenty of activity options for all ages. Nearby, 30-Angler, located less than two miles down the road, can take you to explore multiple reefs throughout the Gulf of Mexico. Please note that Building 1 will undergo balcony deck coating and window replacements as part of a renovation project. The balcony work is scheduled from October 28 to November 22, and window replacements will take place from January 6 to February 10. While we aim to minimize disruptions, some construction noise and temporary closures of the balcony may occur during these periods.
