This Spacious one story dream home sits on two large lots at the very end of the street. The large refreshing pool with a hot tub is perfect for sitting and watching the boats as they go by or enjoying a cocktail with friends and family. There are uobstructed views of Copano Bay for miles. Baydream is freshly remodeled and ready to go. with soaring ceilings, lots of natural light and water views from almost every room. There are four over sized bedrooms, three full baths plus guest 1/2 bath. There is plenty of room for the 23 people that this house sleeps. The gourmet kitchen has all high end stainless appliances. The two living areas both have private entrance's. You're going to love the outside palapa bar next to the pool! It is the perfect place to sit, relax and watch the wildlife and enjoy the fantastic sunsets. The whole property has a bulk head to fish off of or you can walk out on the 200' pier. This is a Bird watchers paradise. This home has it all and is the perfect spot to enjoy a family reunion, friends getaway or any special event.
