Welcome to our cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhome on beautiful Navarre Beach, overlooking the tranquil waters of the Santa Rosa Sound. Perfect for families or groups of friends seeking a comfortable retreat, this inviting property offers a serene atmosphere and convenient access to local amenities.
Inside, you'll find a spacious open-concept layout where the kitchen seamlessly flows into the living room, creating a welcoming space for gatherings and relaxation. The kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances, making meal preparation a breeze. This includes a regular drip coffee maker as well as a Keurig for maximum convenience. It also has a waffle maker, blender, food processor, Yonana, and a crepe pan.
The master bedroom boasts a plush king-sized bed, providing a peaceful haven for restful nights. The guest bedroom features a versatile queen-over-queen bunk bed along with an additional queen bed, accommodating up to 8 guests comfortably. All TV's are Smart TV's for everyone's enjoyment.
Step outside onto the deck and soak in the breathtaking views of the Santa Rosa Sound, where you can savor your morning coffee or enjoy alfresco dining with loved ones. This property also offers a Green Egg and Gas grill for those days when only grilling out will do.
Enjoy a day on the water with the paddleboard or take a bike ride on the 2 adult bicycles provided. Conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and the emerald green waters and sugar white sands, you'll have easy access to everything Navarre Beach has to offer. Plus, we welcome your four-legged family members to join in on the fun (pet fee required / 2 pet maximum).
The garage has plenty of extras too like an extra refrigerator, TV, dart board, cornhole game, a beach wagon, and 2 beach chairs!

Getting the key and access to the place was easy. The place was extremely clean once inside. The view was amazing, and access to the sound and the beach were just minutes away. Overall, one of the best experiences I've had, especially for my first time in Navarre

The trip to Navarre Beach was spectacular. The house was in great shape with a few minor issues. "Navarre Leavin" is a top-floor unit with 3 flights of stairs to climb. Also, the previous renter had a dog, so hair was on everything. Other than that, the house was generally clean and had all the necessary amenities. Great location, with an easy walk/ride/drive to Navarre Public Beach, or you can walk out your door, and you're steps away from Santa Rosa Sound. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who can navigate the stairs.

We absolutely loved this place!! We had never been to to gulf coast/panhandle area. We researched several places and this looked to be the best value and location for our needs. We were not disappointed! Everything appeared to be recently upgraded. The decor and layout were very well done. It had that total beach vibe. Just steps from the white sand and the sound and only a short walk to the beach. We cooked out on one of the two grills that were available, and enjoyed hanging out in the garage “pub” while we cooked. We really enjoyed the area. Found it laid back and very relaxing. We will be back for sure!! In case you are on the fence, this is your place.

We had a chance to stay at Navarre Leavin’ this past week and loved it. The unit had an incredible view of the Santa Rosa Sound and was steps from the Gulf. The place was updated, had all we needed to cook some great meals and we were able to walk to Andy D’s one night for a great grouper sandwich. The host had a bar setup in the garage with an extra fridge, tv, dart board which turned out to be great place to hang out in the evening. Highly recommend.
Our reason for going is to spend time with our new grandson (who was staying in an adjacent apt with parents and other grandparents). The apt was very clean which I was concerned with since it was pet friendly (although I am a pet lover/owner - we just choose to leave her with family). It was far enough away from the beach to not get caught up in the larger crowds, but close enough for an easy stroll to the beach. In short, a VERY NICE STAY!
