The Shores #301 - Pack your bags and settle into this very nice 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with incredible beachfront views on Redington Shores. Everything you need is here to have a truly one of a kind vacation, including close proximity to everything. 7 night rental minimum, Saturday arrival/departure required. Call for exceptions. You will be required to sign a rental agreement with (Property Management) prior to a reservation being confirmed.
This unit offers a spacious floor plan, including a full kitchen with granite countertops, and is fully stocked with utensils as well as a washer and dryer for your use. An eating area for four leads you into the large living room that is comfortably furnished including a flat screened television. The outdoor balcony provides beautiful gulf views, perfect for a relaxing and unwinding. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and a small sitting area. The second bedroom has a queen and one twin bed, updated June 2017. This is a perfect retreat for up to five people maximum. Both bathrooms are spotless and SunHost makes certain that every need is met, including fresh linens, extra pillows, and plenty of towels are fully stocked. This property also includes free WIFI.
As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including fax, copy, and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours on call person. This is a non smoking home. Please note, pets are not allowed in this condo, or any SunHost managed condo.
Located just steps from the beach, heated pool, BBQ area and other amenities, this prime condo is about 5 miles north of popular John's Pass, which offers a variety of restaurants, unique shopping and entertainment along a pirate themed 1,100 foot boardwalk - a popular destination for locals and tourists alike. The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's number 1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.
Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.
Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

ALL cancellation requests must be received in WRITING via email, fax or letter. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Trip Insurance, Non Cash Disount Fees, Certain Service Fees and Condo Approval Fees are not refundable.
Upon written notice at least 30 days prior to the Rental Period, the prepayment less an $85 fee shall be returned for cancellation.
Thereafter, there are no refunds in the unfortunate event of a cancellation prior to the Rental Period. Changes to reservations will be accommodated based on availability. Refunds are not given for unmet expectations, weather, natural disaster, evacuation, personal, or other related reasons. The Management Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
