Bay Tree C15-16 is a gorgeous 2br/2ba split level condo with two balconies! Located on the second floor with no elevator access. Both bedrooms are located upstairs with access via the spiral staircase. Views of the marina, the community pool, and the ship channel. Bay Tree offers a community swimming pool, tennis and pickleball courts, private lighted fishing pier, BBQ areas, boat parking and boat slips with electricity for rent. No smoking, no pets. Parking for 2 vehicles. Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of $45.00 + tax per night. It is first come, first serve. Please request at the time of booking. Bay Tree requires a parking pass for your vehicle and wrist bands worn at the community facilities. These are issued upon check-in.
