Complete with kitchenette and full bath. To the right, the second offers a twin over queen bunk bed, kitchenette and full bath, and a door leading out to the pool. Upstairs, to the left side, the two bedroom suite. The first is a king, with a full bath. The second offers two bunks with a full bath. Complete with a kitchenette. To the right, you will find the main living space. Offering a king suite and full bath. There is also a washer and dryer, half bath, full kitchen, a living room with ample seating and a sleeper sofa in this space. Plan a multi-family or generational getaway with quick access to town and a short cart drive to the beach. There is a lift to help bring luggage and groceries to the second floor! Pool can be heated for an additional charge of $100+tax per day for the duration of your stay. Please mention when making reservations!

- A 2-3 night minimum stay is required.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and present throughout the entire stay
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
- PARKING: Guests have access to the house’s car garage, in addition to a large driveway for plenty of parking.
- We do not accept Klarna or Affirm Payments.
