Introducing Casa Santorini SPV25. This unit has been completely renovated after Hurricane Harvey and has a pitched roof, central air, all new furnishings and will sleep up to 4 comfortably. The property is fully fenced with a very large yard space. Situated on Alister Street in the heart of Port Aransas, this property is just a short distance away from the grocery store, restaurants, bars and other shopping. These cottages have been a fixture in Port Aransas for years and offer a truly unique location. This home features vinyl tile flooring throughout. There is a dining table and the kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, cooktop range, coffee maker and all the other essentials. This home can sleep 4, with a king bed and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Updated furnishings including 2 flat screen televisions, all decorated in tasteful décor. Please note: This community does not allow boats or trailers of any kind. A maximum of two standard size vehicles are allowed. Golf carts count as one of the two vehicles. "Casa Santorini - Sub Par
We previously enjoyed a wonderful stay at a casita in this development, which is why we chose to rent Casa Santorini. Unfortunately, our experience didn’t quite meet our expectations this time. While the location near the beach and town was excellent, and the online presentation of the casa looked stunning, we found that some aspects fell short. The best part of our stay was the bedroom; the king-size bed was great, and the sheets were clean and comfortable. However, we specifically chose this rental because it advertised a pull-out bed. Unfortunately, this was not up to standard. The sofa was covered in dog hair, and when we tried to set up the bed, we found the mattress cover hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time—it was stained and had dirt and hair on it. I had to lay towels on the back of the sofa and remove the mattress cover to make it usable. Overall, the place felt run-down and did not match the photos online. For two nights, we paid nearly $500 during the off-season, which felt like a disappointment."

"A tight space and stay
This small cottage had an amazing yard for our dog and was a quick 2 minute drive to the beach. While the space was convenient, the photos on the listing do not accurately represent how small our dirty the space was. The front door opens up the the only bedroom. The bathroom shower is tight and needs a new tile due to all the mildew and mold stains in the grout. The shower head is handheld and not upright so it made showering after a long day at the beach very awkward. The listing is labeled for 4 people, but the sofa bed is disgusting. It is littered with pet hair and stains.
When we arrived the floor had not been swept and the main bed had dog hair, and old stains. I called management, they were professional and sent someone to clean the next day. Overall management was kind and professional, but the property just needs and upgraded bathroom, couch, and new set of clean sheets and comforter. "

"Excellent Weekend
This place is in an excellent location in relation to downtown. Used a golf cart all weekend and had a blast. The Cottage is very comfortable and inviting. The back yard is large and has all the amenities you need. The BBQ pit was new and big enough to smoke a brisket if you want. You will not be disappointed staying here. 10 out of 10"

The shower was kind of tight and the grout could've been cleaned better as there were dark spots in them. The back yard was great for the pups. The bed was comfortable. I think just a few touch ups on the walls would be appropriate. Overall, it was a good place to stay."

"Winter Break
The cottage is centrally located and very clean. The sealed bath toiletries were a nice touch. The dishwashing detergent, sponge, and laundry detergent came sealed also. Only issue was the hand held shower was not attached to the faucet. We sent a maintenance request. Other than that would definitely recommend."

"Fenced back yard for the Pups!
We booked for a week, sight unseen, and were very pleased with the property. Clean & well stocked with good quality dishes & utensils. The place is small but was very comfortable for 2 adults & 2 Golden Retriever's. Fenced back yard was large enough for the pups. Comfortable bed. The bathroom could use some updating but everything worked. (Property Management) was very responsive when we had a minor problem and they sent out John, who was awesome! There is not a covered patio so if it rains you will be inside however, there are two TV's! The location is outstanding and within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. We will be back!"

"Tall person shower
The shower was good for a tall person. The shower head was about 7 ft high. The water sprayed on the top part of the tile. I literally had to hold my hands up to reach the water. "

"Not too bad!
The stay overall was OK. The yard was amazing for our dogs! That allowed to vacation with our dogs! However, the home was a good bed to sleep. The house is by the party scene so the bumpin music was a bummer for our kiddo. The shower was a bit nasty with no water pressure so we showered outside with the hose which was actually really nice! "
