A Perdido Sun One Bedroom beachfront condo which was updated in 2012. The owners are working to make the condo as good as the view from their seventh floor private balcony! Tile throughout, solid surface corian countertops, custom cabinetry throughout as well as a 37 inch LCD TV, DVD player and wireless internet added. The bedroom has a king size bed and there are 1.5 baths in this condo. If needed, the living room has a sleeper sofa for up to two kids or one adult. This Perdido Key condo will suit a small family or couple for a most memorable Perdido Key vacation! | | The resort has been very well maintained and we work to ensure that all of the housekeeping keeps the condos clean for your arrival!
**IMPORTANT: Significant work will be ongoing at the complex from October 2024 through the mid-April of 2025 to include:
Balcony Access: The balcony will be inaccessible 10/7/24 through November.
Amenities Closure: Pools and hot tubs may be periodically closed off and on through Spring 2024.
Exterior Activity: Workers will be present working on the building's exterior most days both on ground level and from swing stages.
Unit Access: Workers may need access to the condo periodically.
