Premier unit at Edgewater with THE best views possible! There are two master sized bedrooms as you enter the unit on the right with spectacular views of the ocean. Both have new walk in showers, dual vanities, king beds and a sliding glass door to the wrap around patio. Across the hall is a great kids bunk room, with two full over full beds that sleep 8 kids pretty easily. Has a tub shower combo bath.

The unit features a spiral staircase to a wet bar & mini-fridge at the top of the stairs. The penthouse house bedroom has a queen bed, tub/shower combo and a 70 inch TV. Outside is a huge patio space with colorful outdoor furniture-table, 6 chairs and two loungers!. That view is to die for!

The kitchen/dining room/ living room is spacious and welcoming. The kitchen island has two barstools and the dining room square table features space for eight with more ocean views. The living room has a comfy couch and chair to relax and watch the new 80 inch TV. The unit features a new Alexa internet mesh system to ensure a lightning fast connection from every room!

Edgewater resort has restaurants, tennis courts, a nine hole golf course with a heated pool and hot tub just for Tower two! Come make some dreams happen at this premiere rental!
Downstairs:
As you walk into the front door, you have your first master bedroom with a sliding door that goes out into the wrap around patio. There is a king size bed. I As you walk into the Master bathroom you have two closets on either side of the room. After the closets there is a one sink vanity on either side of the bathroom. You then have a door that leads to the shower and toilet.
As you come out of the first master bedroom you will head to the right down the hallway to the 2nd master bedroom to your right. There is a king size bed along with the sliding glass door which leads to the wrap around balcony. You will enter into the bathroom with has a two sink vanity and wall size mirror to your right and the laundry room to your left. You will then walk through a door to the shower and toilet.
Across the hall from the 2nd master is the kid/bunk room. This room has two bunk beds that have a full size bed on top & bottom. This room has a door inside the bedroom which leads to the hallway bathroom. The hallway bathroom has a tub/shower combo and a one sink vanity. As you come out of the hallway bathroom the spiral staircase to the upstairs will be directly in front of you.
If you make a left out of the hall way bath you will have your kitchen on your left. As you round the corner you have your double door fridge. there is a lot of cabinet space above and below the counters and more in the island which separates the kitchen from the dining room.
The dining room is surrounded by walls of mirrors and windows over looking our beautiful beaches. There is a sliding glass door which leads to the first of the wrap around balcony.
As you look to your right, you have the living room. There is a couch and a love seat along with a reclining chair. There are also two more sliding glass doors in the living room that lead to the wrap around balcony.

Upstairs:
As you get to the top of the spiral staircase, in front of you will be a wet bar which includes a mini fridge, counter space, drawers and cabinets and a little sink. There is a little table beside the wet bar which sits two. Beside the little table will be the upstairs sliding glass door which brings you to the top of the building where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets and sunrises. It has ample space to kick back and relax. The upstairs balcony has a table top with three high chairs and there are two lounging chairs as well.
Coming back into the unit, you will make a right into the final bedroom. This room has a walk in closet and a queen size bed. The bathroom has a one sink vanity, toilet and tub/shower combo.
