You are 1.3 miles from Pier Park a 3 minute drive or take a nice relaxing beach walk on your way there. The resort boasts 2 swimming pools, one that is beach side and the other large pool is on the North side of the property, the pools is kid oriented. Grills located on site! To cool off and enjoy some shady fun, visit the new outdoor rec area! Ping pong, games and more! A large workout room is also available for you! Grab a Starbucks right there in the lobby!! "Fun at PCB!
This condo is beautifully decorated and the view of the beach and pier is incredible. The beds are super comfortable and everything that you could need is in the condo. The only thing lacking was that the cleaning company was still in the condo when we arrived and the floor of the condo was not as clean as it should have been for new guests. "

We had a wonderful time. The room is in a great location, it has an awesome view of the beach, and has all of the typical condo amenities. Our only issues were the lack of any extra paper products (toilet paper, paper towels), and the floors needed to be swept. But this is our second time staying here, and we'll definitely be coming back to the same room next year! "

"Highly recommend!
The condo was just described. Everything was clean and in good working condition! One of the best stocked kitchens we've been in. Beds were comfortable and clean! The view from the balcony is spectacular!!! We had a great visit at Shell Island and super yummy meals at Runaway Island and Sharky's (both in walking distance on the beach).
Only complaint is the elevators which is no fault of condo owners. Typically only 2 elevators working causing longer wait times. "

"Nice condo, not so sure about the resort itself
The condo was nice,clean and kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The view from the balcony was beautiful. It met our needs just fine. The overall resort left way more to be desired. Main pool was nasty and cloudy, kiddie pool in the back didn't have the kid features working, it was a hassle getting to the condo from the elevators(not all were working when we arrived and of you have a luggage cart, you have to elevator hop). Overall the condo was exactly as it said it would be. "
