The home is settled in the exclusive gated community LaValencia on the west end of Panama City Beach. Guests have access to the private beach front exclusive community pool with gated access and private beach access. This pool is not heated. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths, full size laundry room, large kitchen and dining area. You have a gas grill on the bottom deck as well as room to eat outside if you choose. There is even a separate table for the little ones. Master bedroom located upstairs has a King bed, a sitting area and desk. The master bath has a garden tub and stand up shower and large walk in closet. Master also has a private balcony thru the french doors in the bedroom. The second bedroom upstairs has a King bed and the last one has 2 sets of twin bunk beds. There's a bedroom downstairs with a King bed.

LaValencia is on the west end of Panama City Beach. The west end is quite and not as much traffic, however at the same time you have a Publix and Winn Dixie right around the corner from the house. There is a Dunkin Donuts, Waffle House, Seafood restaurant & CVS . You are also a short ten minute drive from the beautiful Rosemary shopping center and beach. You are also a 10 minute drive from Pier Park (our outdoor mall and Frank Brown park.) Come and truly enjoy your vacation that everyone dreams about.

The property was everything we were told and more. It is roomy, clean, and beautifully furnished. Cookware and dinnerware in the kitchen is nice and of good quality, enabling us to eat in more during the pandemic. The location was convenient For grocery shopping, restaurants, outdoor strolls for the toddler The management company was accessible, but we had no needs; everything was already there! We had a great week!"

The house was amazing. Perfect for a crew our size. We will definitely be returning. Only issue was the downstairs toilet need d to be replaced and it wasn’t by the time we checked out and the golf cart didn’t work. I also never received the door code to get in. The backdrop was open when we arrived. "

"Great home for families
The home was great, very clean and well stocked. Beach toys for the kids, chairs and umbrellas were available which was very nice. Beds were comfortable. This worked perfectly for our family and we plan to return for future vacations. The listing says it has cribs and shows photos of them, and we were told via telephone that they’d make sure they were there. , When I called the week before to verify, I was told they were no longer available which was a problem for us but we found a company to rent from. We were offered pack n plays, but that was not a suitable replacement for my toddler to sleep in. "

"Misleading Property Description
The management company is bad! The "owner" of the company came over to the house, walked in and YELLED at me because our children were in the pool in the gated area. We thought we had access to that pool due to the pictures and statements in the ad. The kids were told to leave and they did so before the lady arrived. Apparently a neighbor videoed our children (which is really scary) and called the company. I tried to explain to her that we were not clear on the rules but the children left and no adults were present. She refused to believe me. She then went to the beach to yell at my business partner as well. It was all just so bizarre. She even accused me of stealing my business partner's credit card to rent the place because my partner was not in the house for her to speak with. It was the lowlight of our trip. Not only was the house not what was advertised but the management company representative was immature and unprofessional.

This house is NOT close to the beach and you have to cross front beach road to get to the POOL AND THE BEACH. We had small children and did not plan on crossing a busy road. The pictures make it look like the pool is right in the back yard and even say there is a "private pool for the unit"- ITS A LIE! The pool is across the street, and it's for the entire neighborhood. Also, the ad shows a picture of a sitting room implying that it is a separate room- it's not, it's part of the master bedroom.

There is a pool for owners only inside the gated community (understand the pool you get to go to is NOT inside the gated community!) but you can't use it or the fitness area. We took good care of the house, but have not received our security deposit back yet. That's another concern.

This house is a nice house, but beware, it is NOT what the listing says or what the pictures imply. It is not beach front, and it doesn't have a private pool. "

"Great for Family Vacation
There was PLENTY of room for 8! We loved the kitchen and being able to cook and eat together for meals! We loved the large dining room table to play cards on. We enjoyed the back patio area, especially in the evenings or early mornings. It was wonderful to get to the beach yet not be in all of the crowds of a busy weekend! "
