1 car pass is $35.00, 2 - $50.00 + booking fee and processing fee (Price is subject to change without prior notice per HOA regulations). You are not allowed to park more than 2 vehicles at the property.
Trailers are $100 per space; if a trailer takes up two spaces, it would be $200. All trailers must be approved by the office prior to arrival—we will provide the office number upon request.
