The third bedroom has a queen bed and a twin over twin bunk bed (100 lb. weight limit for the top bunk). The kitchen has everything you could need to make a meal or just snacks. Stainless steel appliances and all the small appliances and kitchen tools you could want. The dining room has seating for 6. The living room has comfy furniture, a large flatscreen TV, and a fireplace for the rare cool nights. Walk outside to the fully fenced backyard with its own private pool! You will enjoy spending your evenings out here with all the seating and even a gas grill. This property also allows small dogs. There is a fee of $35 pre day per pet. The max weight is 15 lbs. There is also an additional charge for extra cleaning if it is needed. This property features 100% sanitized, clean sheets and towels, professionally cleaned by Gulf Coast Laundry Services.
