The Guest room has a Queen bed with Smart TV/DVD and its own bathroom as well. The 3rd bedroom has a Queen bed with Smart TV/DVD and the bathroom is just steps away. With a Queen Sofa Sleeper in the Living Room, there is space for Everyone!!! This unit also has a Washer and Dryer, and all bed and bath linens- just bring your beach towel and start enjoying your vacation. Head out each day to the beach or pool, located just moments away. Water sports such as sailing, jet skiing, kayaking or parasailing are located nearby, or just take a chair and relax on the beach. Guests are also privileged to use the on-site gym and BBQ grills. The east side stairwell in the garage is open, however, for people who would prefer that over the elevator and is to the right as guests leave the unit. Note: Garage Clearance: 7' Please note: Our rentals book weekend to weekend from May 14- August 6. We offer 5-night rentals March 5 - April 23, with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. January and February are monthly rentals. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. We accept a maximum of 2 weeks rentals from March-November.
