"Fun in the sun!!!
This rental was exactly as advertised. It was very clean. The elevators were always ready with no waiting. We accidentally lucked into the Air Show and Bikes Weekend and we watched from our balcony (when we weren’t on the beach) that is directly facing the ocean. We loved this condo and would love to come back!!! "

"Great View Poor Supplies
1- Bar of soap in the Bathroom, 1/2 Roll of toilet paper. No Dish washing liquid. Master Bed room TV had no remote Control. 1- Small roll of Paper Towels.

"Beach Trip
The place was exactly as described in the ad! There was a few things we weren’t happy with. When we got in bed on our first night there were small hair bows in the sheets, and sand at the foot of the bed. The floor had felt like it hadn’t been mopped in a while, you walk across from one side to the other and your feet were black! The floors didn’t bother me as much as the sheets looking like they weren’t changed from the last people who stayed. "

"Great room!
The location was awesome. You're right in the middle of all the action, close to Pier Park and Walmart and a lot of good food.
The room was nicely updated and had plenty of space. It's high enough to be away from the noise of the strip at night, but still a good height to see and hear the waves from the balcony.
The resort is a bit confusing at first because of the layout of elevators, but it is very nice and clean. The pools are in great locations and are kept very nice. There is plenty of beach frontage for the whole resort, not too crowded like some other places.
We'll definitely be going back to this room! "

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The owners really put a lot of work into keeping the place updated with great amenities. Some of the other units we’ve stayed aren’t nearly as nice. New washer and dryer - everything was just perfect. Exttremely clean! Bed is super fancy and really comfortable. Location is perfect. We will for sure rent this unit over any other one."

"Condo at the beach
Nice condo. We had 5 of us in our party and tried to cook in most nights. I would like to have had more cookware. More pots and pans and cups and glasses. It seemed more stocked for 2 or 3 people. I have stayed in many condos in Panama City beach, this one was very well maintained. Like I said would just like to see more kitchen items, blankets and other items that you come to expect."

"Very nice. But some annoyances.
The condo was lovely.
Cable didnt work, however Netflix was provided. The tv would not recognize streaming services, normally not that big of a deal, but with covid and small kids... it was annoying.
Smoke alarm started beeping in the middle of the night. Battery in kitchen clock was dead, but who keeps track of time on vacation.
One of the elevators was down everyday and another broke down on Friday leaving two. Long lines. "

"Good stay
Mine & my daughters stay was great. I wish we would have had beach chairs with the rental. There was a leak with the condo above us which caused tiles to fall from the ceiling. They were right on it & it was fixed immediately while we were at the beach. The only problem I had was the elevators the day we left. We waited an hour & half for an elevator. But overall great stay. "

"Great Experience
Wonderful experience. Booking and communication was quick and efficient. Very clean and well maintained inside and out. Location was great! You could walk or drive to several restaurants close by. In walking distance to a homemade icecream shop that's the best! I do wish there were specific designated smoking areas as people were smoking at the pool area. Overall we would love to stay here again. "

"Nightmare
Stayed here on week of 4th 2016, room was clean and the overall stay was okay. Booked online via and had to call myself after 2 days to actually confirm my booking, which should've been my first red flag. After the stay and arriving home I realized that the CC I used to pay wasn't actually the same (CC company issued me a new card a few days before my visit for potentially being compromised). So I called the # I was contacted with about the room being ready about the issue of receiving my deposit refund ($500.00). She told me that they would send me a check in mail and that all I needed to do was reply to the confirmation email as a reminder. Well after 3 weeks of calling and one text reply I've still not received my $500 refund. The person I've contacted will not reply or even answer the phone. I've used /Home away for several years and this has been my worst experience yet."

"Excellent all the way!
We absolutely loved our stay here! The condo was spotless and comfortable. The view was amazing. The entire Emerald Beach Resort was perfection. We made good use of the Tiki hut bar by the pool. The beach was clean, the sand was soft and the water was crystal clear. We loved it so much that we stayed an extra day. The staff with See Ya at the Beach were amazing. They were friendly and helpful from the reservation and booking process to the end. We are definitely staying in this condo again and we would feel confident renting any property from See Ya at the Beach. Vacation success!"

"Our Fall Vacation
Unfortunately our experience was not like the other reviews, the light on the balcony did not work, the dishes were put up dirty with food still on them. The queen sofa sleeper was horrible and you could not lay on it, the drains would not drain in the tube or sink bathroom and there was not a can opener in the building."

"Wonderful place for your vacation
The place was very clean and neat, the location was perfect, we didn't go anywhere else but the beach. The resort had good elevators and parking always available. The managing staff was very helpful on letting me do the check in early since I was traveling with a 2 years old kid, and solving an issue with the door keypad getting locked, they helped me right away (that happened on a Saturday afternoon). I really recomend this condo for you vacation, the view is awesome from the 17th floor, my little one loved it. "
