The 1st level hosts 3 of the bedrooms. One bedroom invites with a Queen suite. The other bedroom calls to relax with 2 Twin Beds. The 3rd bedroom on the ground level has a Bunk Bed, great for kids.
Head out to the private pool or beach walkover from the 1st level as well.

You may take the elevator or stairs to the 2nd floor, which boasts an open-concept living, dining and kitchen, decorated in crisp whites and modern touches. The true show-stopper is the ocean views. Breathtaking views draw you to the balcony. This is an ideal spot for the whole family to gather and recharge by the sea. The kitchen features a huge island with ample seating and fabulous prep space. The house is beautiful and more than adequate for our family of 10. Access to the beach was perfect and we loved all the options of the private pool and two community pools. "Beat Up Home with a Great View
The home has a great view and great location to the two community pools. However, the homes walls are in desperate need of painting. Extremely dirty looking in the high traffic areas. Bed Mattresses are in need of replacing as you can feel the springs on your back."

"Just checking out the neighborhood
We were there to get a feel of the community and beachfront living. The ocean and views were stunning. Being able to just walk over to the beach whenever we wanted was magical. The house was large so would accommodate a large group nicely. We mainly stayed on the second and 3rd floors. The only thing that bothered us really was that it was a little dirty to be honest. We found orange cheeesy type chips in the bed, the area between the sliding doors was filled with dead bugs and dirt. I know that because it’s Florida there are a lot of bugs but this should still be cleaned out between guests. Just takes some vacuuming. The floors were also a bit crummy. Just noticing these things when staying in a vacation home gives a bit of an icky feeling if I’m honest. One other thing that bothered me was the fact that all of the toilet seats were left up presumably after cleaning but still it wasn’t nice to have to touch the toilet seats to put them down. Overall the stay was nice. The location and property itself were beautiful. The rental company took care of everything we needed. Felt safe and secure and the views were amazing. The only thing that was lacking was the cleanliness. "

"Beautiful Home
The home is absolutely stunning. It was clean and beautifully updated. The amount of space and privacy in the home was perfect. It has all the conveniences you'd need for your stay. The pool was clean and quite enjoyable. We had all the seating and toys and shade needed. The views from the balcony are incredible. We ended up needing a few things during our stay and they were incredibly responsive!

The only thing that missed the mark was the BEACH. It is incredibly rocky with huge boulders making it totally unsafe to swim. It is deceiving at high tide. do not run out and try to jump in! It is a beautiful beach otherwise and great for shell hunting! The other thing to note are the beds. They are a bit "springy", making them bouncy and uncomfortable to sleep for most of our group.

We were looking for something off the beaten path, quiet and sleepy, and we found it at Cinnamon Beach Sea Glass house!"

"Very nice but needs....
Good looking house on the beach w nice pool and lots of amenities. The kitchen/ family room was big and convenient for everyone to spend time together.
Decorating was beautiful.
We had a great time.

Here is a list of some needs that we feel will make this place worth coming back too. It is meant as positive feedback and not criticism.

Kitchen needs better stocked. (Pans scratched probably because there are only medal spatulas ), measuring cup, plates, plastic cups, plates. Dish towel, (SALT & PEPPER!) If you have that many bedrooms you need a functional kitchen to make it work.
Bathrooms need hooks to hang towels and some kind of shelve in the shower to hold shampoos and soaps.
Barhmates
Several beds squeak terribly. When people are on vacation they spend a 1/3 of their time on a bed. Make it work.
Several rails around the pool are off. Many screws seem to need tightened.
Need more than one refrigerator for that many rooms. Possibly on pool floor or under bar for drinks.
Hooks would be nice in closets.
Needed batteries on door alarms by the pool. (pretty important)
Need a Broom and dust pan in Kitchen. If you want people to keep it clean you better provide the resources to keep it clean. People don’t bring their own broom. Also need dish rags, Windex.��
There’s still a lot of construction materials around the house. Garage, patio."

"Beautiful Vacation Home
It was a great experience, nice home and a great location. The only concern we had, at the checkout, we were asked to start our laundry. Which made us question if we actually slept on clean laundry. Because if guests before us forgot to put the detergent, then laundry possibly was not properly cleaned. Cleaning should be done by professional staff, not by guests. "

"2022 Family Vacation
Property Management was extremely helpful. The house itself was clean upon arrival. They provided plenty of linen, provided plenty of starter soap, dishwashing tablets and dish soap. This was greatly appreciated as we ended up having to make a 20 hr drive down due to flights being cancelled. The house itself is equipped with most everything you need in an vacation kitchen, they offered two sets of washer and dryers. The space to spread out and multiple floors was nice. We appreciated the elevator and close proximity to the beach (even with the pier for the house under construction) the view alone is priceless. Our (and we know it is personal choice) only issue was not being handicap accessible once in the house like we thought it would be. "

"Sea Glass is a great home and we enjoyed our stay very much
This home was great for the 5 couples that we had on our vacation. There were some remnants of hurricane Ian that impacted our stay, but this was certainly not the fault of the home owner. The home is very nicely equipped to meet most of our needs and we found the layout and space very accommodating for our group of 5 adult couples. The 2 sets of washer/dryer was a plus for sure. The master suite is incredible with breathtaking views of the ocean and the sun rises every day were spectacular! The swimming pool is very nice, but there is no heater and it only gets a few hours of sun per day so it is very cold. However, the proximity to the community pool is just steps away and we found ourselves going to that pool more often. We had no issues during our visit and would definitely recommend and stay here again. "

"Great stay in Cinnamon Beach
This was the third year in a row for our family vacation in Cinnamon Beach. The Seaglass House was spacious and had enough bedrooms and bathrooms for our family. It did live up to the description The house was ready upon our arrival as promised. We loved the proximity to the beach.
The home was way overpriced compared to the homes we rented the prior two years. We expected more upscale furnishings. Just a few suggestions for future - the furniture was sparse and cheap - only seven chairs at the table. Table on the second floor balcony was small and two of the six chairs were broken. There is no comfortable seating especially on the balconies. Lots of light switches but not enough lights. Some lights did not have lightbulbs and one lamp was broken. Need to keep a vacuum cleaner in the house. The most intrusive thing was the work being completed on the outside of the house next door - workers constantly right by the pool and balconies- noisy and dusty all week so using the balconies during the day was difficult.
All in all it we had a great week with challenges we had to overlook.

"Spacious Home!
Very nice layout, great for large families. Beautiful views from all floors. Proximity to the beach was perfect. Sheets/towels comfortable. Would be great to have more places to hang towels in all the bathrooms and if the gas grill had been placed outside prior to our arrival. Ceiling siding on living room porch coming off on one end. Great access to community club with heated pool. Overall great, comfortable home. Would definetly rent again."

"Wasted potential and unmet expectations
Originally we booked one house with (Property Management) but last minute we were moved to a different house due to maintenance issues. We rolled with it even though the new house didn’t have all the same amenities, like a hot tub. We were not offered any discount. When we arrived for the first night of our stay we immediately noticed issues beyond the lack of a hot tub. The house didn’t feel like anyone had prepared it for our arrival. First and foremost were safety issues- we arrived with 4 kids under 4 and none of the pool security alarms on the ground floor were enabled. My sister, who traveled from Oregon with her 2 & 4 year olds, was in tears the first night reliving the trauma of a friend who had lost a 2 year old in a drowning accident the year prior. Some of the alarms had dead batteries in them others just didn’t have batteries. Clearly no effort to ensure they were functional was made. Additionally I spent much of the evening crawling on the floor and rearranging furniture to get lamps connected to outlets so we would have lights. Meanwhile my husband spent his evening in the back yard trying to get the pool heater on so our elderly guests could enjoy it. Unfortunately it was a wild goose chase as we later found out the info book for the house stating the pool could heat to 104 was a lie and it actually belonged in another house. Right before bed we realized overhead lights in the stairwell to the 3rd floor were not functioning. Unfortunately my 75 year old mom had already fallen on them trying to get to bed, scraping & bruising her arm. We called on-site support of course who came the next day and addressed several things but not before our first night was ruined. The next day I got to spend 4 hours doing laundry bc the additional towels we werent provided to begin with came straight from the store with the tags still on. Vacationers- warning: book elsewhere. Not worth the hassle. Owners- reconsider who you trust to manage yo"

"Great oceanfront property
Overall our stay in early June 2020 was very positive. The house is very new (completed in April 2020) and fresh. The floor plan is ideal for multiple couples / families. The views of the Atlantic Ocean are fantastic all day long. When the sun comes up in the morning the house explodes with light and it's "time to get up and head to the beach". The Cinnamon Beach community is relatively small, very well maintained and beautifully landscaped. Not much traffic and easy to walk most anywhere. The two community pools are very nice, clean and well maintained. Both pools are 2 - 3 doors down the street from the house. The beach is very nice as well. This is not the sugary white sand you'll in the Fla. panhandle....hence the name Cinnamon Beach. The sand color is unique and makes for a nice contrast when looking out into the ocean. Beaches are kept very clean and not very crowded as many of the families seem to gravitate to the two pools. We had a few small issues our first day but Crystal at (Property Management) was very responsive and was there in just a few hours to take care of our issues. The house has a few flaws that we found very odd for a home of this size. The two bedrooms on the main level are both very nice but both bathrooms are tiny (one person only). The closets are also very small in both bedrooms. There are no towel racks in the main level bathrooms either. We hung our towels over the shower doors. There are no built in soap dishes in any of the showers other than the master on the 3rd level. Crystal was kind enough to bring us portable dishes which we placed on the floor of the showers. There is no light fixture over the main dining room table. Very odd!! Overall, the house is beautiful and tastefully decorated. The pool is very clean and well maintained. It's gets the morning sun and shade in the afternoon which is a blessing on most hot Florida afternoons. We would highly recommend this property to any future renters. "
