The sunsets from this top floor unit are absolutely gorgeous! Enjoy lake and nature views from this condo. This building is one of the closest to the pools and clubhouse making this location convenient for easy access to the beach and amenities.
Enter this 6th floor condo and take in the vaulted ceiling which adds airiness to the open concept layout. Enjoy the completely stocked kitchen with everything you'll need to cook up the day’s catch. Or choose to hit up the many restaurants along A1A and take in the views of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean.
The master suite features a King bed and window with a serene view of the lake. The master suite also includes a grand master bath complete with soaking tub, separate walk-in shower and double vanities.
The 2nd bedroom boasts a Queen Bed. The 3rd bedroom showcases a Full Bed. An additional sleeping option is a sleeper sofa. There is a 2nd full bathroom to wash away the day.

CANCELLATIONS: Reservations may be cancelled by Guest with notice to Agent within seven (7) days of the date of the reservation call, and more than thirty (30) days before check-in and any deposit received by Agent shall be refunded to Guest minus a $275.00 administration fee. After seven (7) days from the date of the reservation call, or less than thirty (30) days before check-in, any deposits, rent and fees paid shall become non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled by Guest. In the event of an emergency, Agent reserves the right at Agent’s discretion, to refund on a case-by-case basis only, part of any deposit, rent or fees paid, minus an administrative fee, upon notice of cancellation by Guest. Any deposit, rent or fees retained by Agent pursuant to this provision shall be agreed upon liquidated damages, consideration for the execution of this Rental Agreement and in full settlement of all claims.
