The living area boasts a flat screen TV — but the true star of this show is the lake views that are even more magnificent at sunset. Breathtaking décor reminds you that you are just a short walk to the beach. Connected to the dining and living spaces is the kitchen with granite countertops, perfect to prepare the catch of the day. From the artwork to the show-stopping chandelier over the dining table that is reminiscent of a seashell, the calming atmosphere is carried throughout this entire vacation paradise.
In the Master suite, you’ll discover a sensational King Bed that invites you to relax and take in the views gazing out of the window and sliding glass doors to the balcony. The private master ensuite bathroom graces a relaxing blue and features a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and double vanities.
The 2nd bedroom presents a grand Queen bed. This bedroom also includes a flat screen TV for entertainment or dozing off. The 2nd full bathroom is nearby and just across the hall is the 3rd bedroom. This guest bedroom displays an ocean theme, 2 Twin beds, and a TV for enjoyment.

CANCELLATIONS: Reservations may be cancelled by Guest with notice to Agent within seven (7) days of the date of the reservation call, and more than thirty (30) days before check-in and any deposit received by Agent shall be refunded to Guest minus a $275.00 administration fee. After seven (7) days from the date of the reservation call, or less than thirty (30) days before check-in, any deposits, rent and fees paid shall become non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled by Guest. In the event of an emergency, Agent reserves the right at Agent’s discretion, to refund on a case-by-case basis only, part of any deposit, rent or fees paid, minus an administrative fee, upon notice of cancellation by Guest. Any deposit, rent or fees retained by Agent pursuant to this provision shall be agreed upon liquidated damages, consideration for the execution of this Rental Agreement and in full settlement of all claims.
