Desirable location at the end of the street, making it the only home in the community that is bordered by water on the side as well as on the back!
What makes Coco's Cottage unique, is it is the only home in the community that features "guest quarters" adjacent to the main house, complete with its own entrance! This separate King Bed suite with full bath and coffee bar is the perfect place for your extended family or friends. They can come and go as they please, and there is a covered walkway to the main house for when the whole group gathers. There is no other home like it!

The layout in the main house is fantastic: the wide-open ground floor features a beautiful kitchen and Queen Bed guest suite with full bath. One suite offers a Twin trundle bed with a dual-entry bathroom that can be accessed by guests in the main living areas. The cozy living room flows out to the jaw-dropping pool and patio area! You'll feel like you have your own private oasis overlooking the lake. Relax and enjoy!

The second floor of the main house is home to the plush master suite with a King Bed. It is also home to a Queen Bed guest suite. Step out on the master suite balcony and enjoy mesmerizing sunsets! Your view is down the longest part of the lake, offering incredible views of the sun glittering on the water. Watch birds, turtles, and otters at play! Look just to the south and watch the golfers on the green of the famous Jack Nicklaus Signature Ocean Course.

The top floor of Coco's Cottage is a magnificent escape for the kids, featuring a game room, 3 bunk beds, and a full bath. Lots of fun on this floor!

"Disappointed
The location was great the house was great nice, clean. But, I was forced to sign a second contract by the host. I had already signed one with air bnb. I did NOT appreciate that! They had my money and refused to give me the keys unless I signed their second agreement. they told me nothing about this second agreement until after they had taken my money and the dates to go on vacation was fast approaching. I felt I was being dooped, into signing, but I had little options at that point I already had family arriving soon. "

Over all ok. I had some house keeping issues. But was worked out. The cousins on the outside need to be replaced. Up stairs master carpet had water under the bed. Dirty linens put in linen closets. "

"Great place
Perfect location and love the home. Only complaint is the mattresses. Especially bedroom on second floor. Springs are coming out. Also I’ve been coming to cinnamon beach for the last 5 years but might be my last. The (quiet pool)I guess the adults think its for them only. I have teenagers and they were not loud or causing trouble. They just talked and one of the renters/owners felt the need to scold my husband and told him this is the quiet pool. Kids pool is across the street. House was great though. "

"Family Fun in Florida
This is a beautiful home in a beautiful area. A short walk to the beach and we enjoyed the pool every afternoon. House had a few maintenance issues which I reported to the manager.Patio furniture could use updating and upgrading as it was very uncomfortable.Also, when we arrived there was an overpowering scent of air freshener. Found this was caused by a plug-in air freshener in every room! Had to unplug them due to asthma and allergies of some family members.Overall though the house was comfortable and spacious and well equipped.I would recommend it."

"Nice house - but not on the beach
Nice house, lots of room for our 10-person crowd, nice quality standard and style, clean, great to have the board games for our evening fun. We were surprised by the kitchen equipment (three corkscrews but only two wine glasses, no cheese grater, etc.) - I hope the owners will review and fix this before too long. Our biggest disappointment was the „beachfront” description of the property, which was quite important to us - the house was 10-15 minutes walk away (too far for my 76-year old mother, who stayed in the house instead). But for more mobile groups, I can strongly recommend - and certainly take advantage of the seaside pool and burgers at the pool bar!"

Fantastic Stay amazing house loved by all.

Beautifully decorated and equipped loved the pool and all the facilities in the house .
The pools at the clubhouse were amazing and so close to the beach.

Just a couple of suggestions needed some drawers in the walk in wardrobes for clothes and some full length mirrors"

"Needs some attention
We enjoyed our stay but a few comments are warranted. The house is very good quality. The owners clearly are looking to maximize their profit at your expense of comfort. Signs that say, do not lower a/c below 73 will cut off unit is silly. The windows with beautiful viewers are covered up with a sign that says “Don’t spit out throw food in pool from balcony” — really! The beds did not have box springs. The mattress, of Good quality, was covered with a clean egg foam topper that you would get from a foam store. I have never seen such attention to preserve the owners furniture at the guests expense before. All the furniture was covered with cheap white fabric as well. The kitchen was not fully equipped."

"A great place for a large group!
Girls getaway weekend! Perfect house for a group- plenty of room, sleeping arrangements we easy and the house was great for gathering. We even hosted a Hibachi dinner outside. Very clean.

Only thing I recommend is bring EVERYTHING you need. Starter anything is lacking ie. coffee, sugar, handsoap, paper products, condiments, shower needs. "

"Coco’s Cottage is Beautiful!
We had a wonderful stay at Coco’s Cottage in Cinnamon Beach (Palm Coast, FL). The house was great for our family of 12. Each room has its own bathroom which is a plus and I appreciate the bars of soap provided for all sinks, showers and tubs. The heated pool was great for the cooler cloudy days we didn’t make it to the beach. The dogs loved walking on the beach every day and the hosts provided chairs, an umbrella and even a little wagon to haul stuff to the beach. The Cinnamon Beach Rentals staff was very nice and helpful answering questions to ensure we were ready for our visit. The only very minor negatives were the broken strings on the curtains so we couldn’t raise most of them to let the sun in; the lack of sheet pans, mixing bowls, a colander, dish towels, and a drying rack for dishes/pots & pans; and also would have been nice to have a broom or vacuum to clean up sand or other dirt tracked in. These are all “nice to haves” if your cooking a lot in the home and definitely did not deter us from enjoying the beautiful house or the area in general. Coco’s Cottage made our family Christmas very special and memorable. Thank you! We highly recommend this home and Cinnamon Beach Vacation Rentals!

"80th Birthday Celebration
House was beautiful. Cleanliness not great . Dishes in cabinets dirty and furniture and carpets stained . Pet friendly area rugs and furniture had pet markings and stains . Dust and cobwebs all over inside and out . Whoever manages this property should look into a new cleaning company . Was a shame with such a beautiful house the upkeep was not taken care of ."

"Home away from Home
We are just returning from our second visit to Coco's Cottage. The house is a great size for our family and friends and we continue to rent here. Short walk to the beach, pool in the backyard, lots of included beach items, ie umbrellas, towels, bags etc... We enjoy cooking and grilling out and just hanging around the house. "

"Wonderful family vacation
This was a beautiful home located in our favorite area. There are two minor things that keep me from giving it 5 stars... 1) the AC is terrible. You cannot turn it below 73° so the first floor is freezing and the other two floors are hot. 2) the kitchen is not well appointed. If you plan to cook anything, bring your own kitchen... seriously bring everything, bring mixing bowls, cookies sheets, baking pans, pots, can opener, etc. they had plenty of plates, cups, and silverware but not much else. We will definitely return because we made wonderful memories here and that in itself made it a fabulous place to be. "

"Excellent Stay at Cocos Cottage
Our families spend a week over the Christmas Holidays at Cocos Cottage. The house worked out well for 8 adults and 1 child. I gave our stay 5 stars as we were satisfied.

One item of note, the property management company was quite good at responding to our requests. We wanted to use the outside grille on a Sunday, but unfortunately the outside grille would not lite (out of propane). I contacted the company, which responded by delivering a gas tank.

Here are two minor annoyances:
(1) The kitchen table should be larger for a house this size. On Christmas day we had a large meal prepared and we could not sit down together.
(2) The carpeting on the stairways was hard on our feet if you walked bare foot. If you walked in sandals or shoes, the carpet was fine.

Property is a wonderful, brand new rental available in Cinnamon Beach. Our stay was awesome. The house was designed for comfort, and lots of amenities were there for us when we arrived. We will definitely be back!"

"Stunning!
The home is absolutely stunning! We were the first guests in this new build so everything was fresh, clean, brand new & absolutely beautifully decorated.
All six bedrooms had an on-suite bathroom, which is priceless! We chose this place for our small wedding with just family; we would do it all over again.
Colleen at the management office was the most helpful, and John from Maintenance was on the ball with our needs once we arrived. Lori was fantastic, and very fast at providing gift baskets for everyone after our stay.
Don't give up if you get frustrated with the Management team and their lack of response because the house and location are worth it. Just keep calling until you get what you need!! :-)"
