When you enter the condo, you are immediately at ease as this unit is beautiful with an open feel. The open concept Kitchen, Dining and Living Rooms are the ideal entertainment space where everyone can gather.

The kitchen is stocked so you can enjoy cooking your favorites during your getaway. Open to the dining area allows for meals to be easily served. In the living room watch your favorite movies and catch views of the waves.

Head through the sliding glass doors out the large balcony to enjoy a meal. Or decompress as you feel the ocean breezes and listen to the waves crashing.

Any deposit, rent or fees retained by Agent pursuant to this provision shall be agreed upon liquidated damages, consideration for the execution of this Rental Agreement and in full settlement of all claims.

"The condo has a magnificent view!!
Overall, our experience was excellent. When we arrived, there was no air conditioning, and the ice maker did not work. The air conditioner was fixed immediately after our complaint. The handy man tried on two occasions to fix the ice maker, but we had to resort to buying ice since the attempts at fixing the problem were not successful. We would happily stay in this condo again, and we would recommend this condo to our friends! "

Amazing location and a top knotch place to stay, but if you do rent this place, don't listen to the old guy who hangs out in the grage area and tells you you can not park there.... Inside to room black folder says it otherwise and I should of read it on day one. :) . "

"Happiness
Excellent choice for our special event. The out of towners had adequate accommodations for the weekend. We had room for my son,wife and newborn to visit and eat numerous times. The condo was clean and had easy access to publix for food etc. Much better idea than a hotel. Beautiful view. Will definitely consider this again. Wish I had longer to stay."

This was the first time we'd rented on the fifth floor and we were awestruck by the amazing views and extra large balcony. If the shades on the sliders were replaced by drapes, the threadbare carpet on the balcony removed and the floor painted, and more large mixing bowls and baking pans added, this unit would be five stars for condition. Great location. Beds very comfortable and sheets were high quality. Great that there was a Keurig coffee maker as well as a drip coffee maker. Overall a very positive experience. The only negative was the lack of pans to prepare meals for more than two or three people.

Condo was large and conveniently located with a GREAT view of the ocean! But- the finishes and furniture need replacing. Also- the ocean side windows were in need of cleaning. The sliding glass door was VERY difficult to operate."

"Clean and comfortable
The process of renting this condo was very easy with great communication from the management company. The condo itself is clean and very comfortable with convenient beach access. The only negative which really has nothing to do with the condo are all the large rocks on shore and in the ocean. It was too dangerous to actually go in the ocean and for the kids to boogie board. "

"Excellent Vacation
Excellent location, private access to the beach and the pool were exactly what our family needed. Only problem, was the initial cleanliness was not the greatest. All the towels had a stench of previous cleaning chemicals (probably got washed without soap) and stinked. We just rewashed them again with new detergent and it was all good. In fairness to the management company, we didnt complain or bother them with it.. Was easier to just take care of it.. REst of the vacation was phenomenal. "

"Lovely condo
We had a quick trip to Palm Coast to close on some property and found this condo just lovely to stay in. Clean and comfortable. Love that they had all cotton sheets on the bed, although a low end brand so they were a little rough but still better than polyester! Beautiful views!"

"Family vacation
What a great vacation! My wife and I and our 3 month old spent a wonderful week here. Beautiful condo, great resort, and gorgeous views. Everything about this place is awesome. Very close to restaurants and grocery stores, you are right on the beach, the place is very clean and comfy, quiet and peaceful, and just what the doctor ordered for 2 new parents. Parking and elevators are so convenient. The management company covers all their bases and are so sharp and helpful. There was literally no down side to anything. We will be back very soon to this exact same unit...why mess with perfection!?"

"Palm Coast Jan 2019 Get away
very nice. The weather cooperated. Enjoyed the facilities. There was however major maintenance work going on at the condos. A little disruptive, but we dealt with it OK. Beautiful ocean view from our rental condo. Looking to rent a similar condo (direct ocean view)next year Feb 1 through mid March 2021. I would recommend to friends and family."

"Perfect week on the beach
We had the best trip. The condo was perfect for our family of 5. We loved to wake and watch the sun rise over the ocean on the beautiful balcony. "Nice location. Bad refrigerator and dirty
Hello!! The refrigerator doaent work nonone answer until sunday night and they fix it on monday morning and we left on tuesday so just one day with refrigerator and i have two kids 4 and 2 years old was terrible. And even for that i have to paid full price. The aparment looks cleans but no the carpets smell terrible the floor was so dirty and the tubs have sand. The worst part was the towels i have to wash it; they smell so bad.
The location was great but i feel i paid more than we get. "

"Unbeatable view
We had a fabulous time! The property was clean and well-stocked. The view was amazing and we had perfect weather the entire time. We took advantage of all of the amenities, including both pools and the gym. We called the property manager with a minor issue with the trash disposal and someone was out within an hour to take a look at it, decided it needed to be replaced, which was taken care of the very next day. The binder left in the kitchen was very helpful, with lots of information about the unit and resort itself, as well as local restaurants and things to do. It was a pleasure renting through (Property Management), and we will certainly do so again in the near future."
