In the event of an emergency, Agent reserves the right at Agent’s discretion, to refund on a case-by-case basis only, part of any deposit, rent or fees paid, minus an administrative fee, upon notice of cancellation by Guest. Any deposit, rent or fees retained by Agent pursuant to this provision shall be agreed upon liquidated damages, consideration for the execution of this Rental Agreement and in full settlement of all claims.

"Open floor plan with wonderful views
We were amazed the moment we entered for the view of the golf course from even the entry/kitchen area was outstanding and jaw dropping. We enjoyed the space between Master Bedroom and additional bedrooms where our children stayed. One can certainly tell this unit was completely renovated lately allowing for relaxing experience. The balcony was the best part of the condo.
Only awareness, there is a $3 toll bridge to easily get from condo to Palm Coast, so bring your cash."

"Great stay at Cinnamon Beach
Well stocked, clean, spacious condo. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of seating for our group. Everything worked except we all struggled with getting cable tv to work. Several times, we had to turn both the TV and the cable off to reboot them, then we could get it to work again. Would be nice to have light switches labeled. I thought a wall outlet wasn’t working and finally realized it was on a wall switch. It would be nice to have a ceiling fan on the balcony. We were warned about the coquina shells on the beach, but they were a non-issue for us. I didn’t see a warning about the natural reef/boulders in the surf. No one was in the ocean where these boulders were. You could walk on down the beach a ways past them, but if you had beach gear, you probably wouldn’t walk that far which likely means you aren’t going in the ocean. "

"Winter Getaway
The unit was very nicely decorated with good quality furnishings. There were a few items that could have been provided, e.g. more hangers, a folding drying rack and beach chairs. And for longer stays, some cleaning supplies. Overall, we enjoyed staying in the unit and would definitely stay again."

"500 Cinnamon Beach Way Unit 421
Overall we had a wonderful experience. This is the third time we have rented this particular property. We had an issue with a leak in the kitchen sink and the front door would not lock. Both were addressed immediately by maintenance. However, a few housekeeping notes I think would be important. One, we did not have a broom or a vacuum to use to sweep or clean the floors. Two, there were no dish towels, or cleaning clothes for the kitchen. Those two items would be nice if they could be added for future guest. "

"Relaxing Vacation
We had a relaxing family spring break. There are two pools for tanning and swimming, along with a workout room when you start to feel lazy. The beach is just steps away and not crowded at all. It was a quiet relaxing vacation. No crowds to fight, yet close enough to drive to stores and restaurants in less than 10 minutes. We plan to make a repeat next year."

"4th of July
The accommodations were as viewed online. Great size and clean condo for 2 families with views of the golf course and ocean. The unit is conveniently located on the 2nd floor which means you can walk up and down instead of waiting on the elevator. Beach access is very close. We set up camp every morning on the beach with our tents and coolers with ease. Only downside to this beach are the boulders in the water. Other than that, this was a stress free quiet vacation with all the comforts of home..."

"Spacious, Clean and Comfortable!
The condo was amazing! Clean, comfortable beds, large flat screens TVs in each room, large, well equipped and very close to the beach access. The service and communication was great! The property is beautiful and well maintained. There are so many places to eat nerarby! We weren’t able to try them all. St. Augustine is only about 20 miles away. We would definitely recommend this rental. You won’t be disappointed! "

"Exceptional Condo
This rental is in mint condition with all brand new appliances, towels, and cookware. Very happy with this unit! The only suggestion is while, they had new items, they were missing a few basic things such as peeler, pizza cutter, a few spices, etc. Other than that I give it 4 stars!"

The person in charge of the management of the property, John, was extremely pleasant and professional and we were able to check in early. The reservation sales agent was very short, brusque and did not create a warm friendly booking experience. The property was very well supplied with dishes and utensils etc; a hair dryer and tea kettle would be nice to have as well"

"2012 Family Christmas Vacation at the Beach
The condo itself is beautiful,the view is amazing.Walk to the beach is easy.And the pool and kids/adult game rooms are nice.However,when we arrived there was standing water.The ice maker in the fridge had broken.This was not a problem,mgmt came right out to check it out and have it fixed.The problem is it had been running long enough that there was standing water in the kitchen,hall,master bath closet and guest room.Therefore no one had been to this property in quite some time to check on it.Also, it was not clean, mildew in the toilets and showers.We dealt with maintenance in and out for a couple days,then had to empty a de-humidifier every 12 hours for the rest of our stay,not to mention the musty smell the entire trip.They gave us $100 to Outback for the inconvenience.That was not nearly enough in my opinion.We won't be back."

"Great Experience!
We were pleasantly surprised to find such a nice condo in such a great community sight-unseen other than internet photos. The condo was very spacious for the 9 of us and was very up-to-date and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed the pools and the seclusion of the beach. It is close to both St. Augustine and Daytona. One of the best family vacations we have had."
