"The beach
The view from this location is beautiful. If you need a pool close by, it’s not. The beach is a beautiful scene. It is not a beach to walk in the mornings, boogie boarding nor get in easily due to all the dangerous rocks.
We had to go buy towels and wash clothes. The unit provides you with one wore out towel and one stained washcloth per person for a week. The beds are awful. The linens were paper thin wore out. The couch is the one in the pictures. Worn out but they steamed cleaned it. The chairs have ripped cloth. I emailed the company asking questions. They just answered with positive results just to hush you up. We will not go back. Our party included 2 teenage girls, 1 teenage boy, 3 adults. "

"A fantastic view but unit needs a renovation!
The views are great but the unit needs some attention. The beds are VERY uncomfortable and the second king sized bed feels like it is falling apart. There is a piece of tile missing right where the guardrail sits on the balcony making it less sturdy (this should be repaired ASAP for safety reasons). The bedding is stained and the unit is very dusty - could use a good cleaning. The resort amenities were great and the people were friendly. Don't feel as though the unit lived up to the hype of the listing and certainly wasn't worth what we paid to stay there for the week. We like the community but will book a different unit for our next visit."

"2022 Vacation at Cinnamon Beach
I found the condo very spacious. It was nice to have the 3 bathrooms. I did think that some of the furniture was old and the dining area/living room were soiled. For a condo that large, you would expect a lot of dishes. We had about 8 coffee cups and a not a lot of kitchen stuff. The linens were old and for three baths they had few towels. It worked for us because we only had 4 adults in the unit. The beach is nice and the property around the condos is very well kept and beautiful. I would recommend this unit to others as long as they know about what I have mentioned."

"Great vacation!
Overall it was a great vacation. The only problem was the condo we stayed in was lacking a lot of stuff. The kitchen was missing so many essential tools. They need to check in their kitchen supplies. I have stayed in other condos in this neighborhood and the others had enough kitchen stuff for it to be a comfortable trip. They also didn’t have a broom for us to use. For a whole week it’s not comfortable to not be able to sweep the floors. The view was beautiful and the condo was very big for our party of 6 so overall it was a great week!"

"Exceptional Place - couldn’t have been happier
This vacation rental is exactly as shown in the pictures. It was stunning. Access to the unit is done via a 4 digit code. There are no keys to keep track of which was nice. The rental company does not allow early checkin. i called to ask anyway, and was very nicely told that check in is at 4 �� so we stopped for a late lunch and entered the unit just after 4.

There are 2 king bedrooms with private bathrooms, and a 3rd bedroom with 2 twins and another full bathroom just outside the bedroom door. The bedrooms were spaced out such that we all felt like we had a lot of privacy. I was with 2 other women, so we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. We chose this unit because the 3rd bedroom did not have bunk beds. No adult wants to sleep under a bunk. The kitchen was furnished with all of the dishes, glassware and silverware that we needed. There is a regular coffeemaker and a keurig. All furnishings were in like-new condition with no wear and tear. The unit was spotlessly clean. The balcony was spacious and had a beautiful ocean and golf course view.

There is a walkway to the ocean right by the elevator, but it is a little bit of a walk to the pools. There is a family pool and hot tub, as well as a “quiet” pool and hot tub. I was a little disappointed that the quiet pool wasn’t an adults-only pool but the kids who used it were mostly quiet. The beach is not exactly sandy. It was mainly small pebbles and shells but it didn’t hurt to walk on them. The ocean was rough while we were there so we didn’t get in it, but there are some big rocks that would have to be navigated to get in far enough to swim.

Drinks at the Cinnamon Grill were very expensive and the bar was never open at the quiet pool when we were there, so our plan to enjoy frozen drinks at the pool didn’t work out, but the view from our balcony was spectacular so that’s where we always wanted to be anyway.

"Great View!
We had a great vacation staying in Unit 461! Everything was wonderful. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, large washer and dryer—even many beach towels! "Another Great Vacation at Cinnamon Beach!
We had a fantastic time at Cinnamon Beach once again. We rented this same penthouse condo several years ago, and it was really great once again. It looks like the condo had been updated. New paint, new decorations, new floor, maybe some new furniture, nicer washer & dryer than other condos we've stayed in. Best part: the view of the golf course and the ocean. The kitchen is fairly well stocked with cooking essentials. We would definitely rent this again in the future. One problem we noticed was that the patio guard rail needs some shoring up. The balcony railings are bowed and don't appear very sturdy due to possible storm damage. The rental agent should check this out for safety purposes. Other than that, it was great!"

"Penthouse Views
The condo we rented was great. Very clean with a beautiful beach view. Had some problems with the television but the technical crew was wonderful and helped us out. Plenty of restaurants to choose from as well as golf. Not a lot of places to shop for the ladies. A little too far out of the mainstream. Did visit the Golf Hall of Fame which was terrific. Would have liked more bathroom towels - only one set per person -. Kitchen was not as well stocked with basics as other places we have rented. Had to purchase many normally supplied items which we left for the new renters. We really had a good time - lots of laughs with good friends."

"Excellent location, clean, comfortable and spacious!
My experience started out a bit rough but it was immediately made right! I was extremely happy with the view and the beds and pillows were comfortable. I've stayed in other places where this wasn't the case. The only thing lacking is some cooking spices. I'm not saying it's negative but only because I've stayed at other places where there were a variety of small things needed for cooking. The agency I dealt with was very helpful and accommodating. I will definitely rent here again if I had to."

"Fall Getaway

"Great condo with AMAZING VIEW!
This was our first visit to Cinnamon Beach so we didn't know what to expect. The condo had an amazing view of the 8th hole (par 3) and the beach. It was a lot of fun watching the golfers play the full hole. The beach was great and we went to the non-quiet pool on the lagoon since we have children (the quiet pool is the one that overlooks the ocean). The grill at the non-quiet pool was delicious and the staff was great! Overall, a great vacation!"

"A wonderful week at the Cinnamon Beach!
Our whole family enjoyed a wonderful week at Cinnamon Beach in this spacious condo. It was as described and more. From our 6 year old granddaughter to 75 year old Papa, it was a very relaxing and great place to stay. The beach and pool were great for the kids and adults. Close by are some very good places to dine out. Eat at a few places but mostly enjoyed dining in with family on nice dining table that we could sit around together.

"Long weekend visit
In general, the unit was great. Big kitchen, good ocean view, large ocean-side master suite. But we were surprised by the lack of basic supplies in the unit: no shampoo, no tissues, minimal toilet paper. Not quite ready for "immediate use".

We were disappointed that both pools were closed down for repairs.

We were also surprised that there was no grill available, but that was probably something that was disclosed and I overlooked it when making the reservation."

"Beautiful unit and view!
The unit is beautiful and the view cannot be beat. You see a golf green and the beach/ocean. You are just steps from the beach with the access point right next to the building. There are large rocks on the beach right at the surf line, so I it might not be a good place to body surf or boogie board. The location is great. It is east to get up to St. Augustine."

"Best Condo!
We stayed here with our six children ages 8 to 20. It was really nice with a beautiful view, easy access to the pool, and the beach was right there! I was worried from reading online that the beach might not be very nice. Although it wasn't soft white sand, it was decent red sand, and the kids loved playing in it and collecting shells. There are plenty of shells! The ocean was always wavy so bugey boards are a must! The condo was very spacious, clean and relaxing. "

"Cinnamon Beach Unit 461
A good vacation starts with a good "home base" and this was a great complex and great unit as are most at Cinnamon Beach Realty. The unit was clean and well equipped. There were some renovations going on that we were not aware of like the pool cafe being closed. Also this was school spring break so it would have been nice if the pools and recreation area were open until 9 or 10. Regardless this is a great location for a do nothing beach vacation. "
