Complex is located just east of the Alabama Point Bridge and is the only true resort in Orange Beach. Beach Shuttle can take you to public beach area or spend the day at one of the over-sized resort pools. Long Lazy river overlooking the gulf and water-slides as well.

*No guests under the age of 25 unless approved by (Property Management). A driver's license must be uploaded and a Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement with (Property Management) must be electronically signed to secure your reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.

"July at Orange Beach D611
There are always pros and cons when you rent a condo you’ve never visited. First, the pros, this condo has a great location. Parking is near the front lobby door, the trash chute is right outside the condo door, and the condo is larger than the pictures make it look. Everything you need is inside the condo and the resort has everything to enjoy a family vacation. Publix and other grocery stores are nearby and Shopping stores are very Close. If you have car trouble, Pep Boys and O’Reillys auto parts have a great staff. Now the Cons, Parker cleaning service needs to do a more detailed clean monthly, not necessarily between each visit. There was a lot of dust on top and inside the cabinets, dressers and normal things like bed, trim lamps, and pictures that are not normally cleaned during every visit. Master bedroom lightbulb fixture chain was broken, which would be a $15 fix from Home Depot or Lowe’s. switches and master shower is a little complicated, especially for older people, so maybe a detailed description on how to use or locate light switches would be helpful.
Please replace the worn out mattress in the master bedroom as soon as possible!!!!!!!!!!!! we were forced to go out and buy 4 inch memory cone to make it comfortable.
All in all, it’s a great condo. It’s a great location. It’s a great resort. I would recommend to anyone."

"Caribe D611 Mixed Review
Caribe Resort building and grounds were well maintained and personnel were friendly & courteous.
Julie at Signature Property Mgmt. had excellent communication skills and promptly responded to our needs. Easy check in/out. Maintenace came out quickly to take care of major issues.
The owner of the unit needs to take some pride in their rental home. Some of the appliances have been replaced but others such as oven and micro needs replacing. The unit was surfaced cleaned, but it needs a deep cleaning throughout. Vents, HVAC all were encrusted with dust. The faux wood floors are cracked, chipped, uneven, and unsafe. The tile floors were beyond filthy. After using a white cloth to hand wash the floors, the rag was black. The furniture, wobbly tables, patio furniture needs to be replaced/deep cleaned. The primary mattress sloped to the middle. Most of the dishes were chipped and the kitchen light fixture showed signs of a water leak. This unit might be fine for weekenders or a weeklong vacation stay but for snowbirds staying for 8 weeks, the 45 items we had on our list could not be ignored.
Would we rent at Caribe Resort, yes. Would we stay at this unit, no way. It was a huge disappointment. In our 10 years of being snowbirds, this was the first negative review we have ever given."

"great location
Great location with a unit with a great parking spot and close to the elevator. Several things in the unit were broken, ie no toilet paper holder, no towel rack, several lights burned out, broken blinds, kitchen sink sprays water everywhere. When paying top price I expect these things. Management offered to have someone repair them; however, I declined, as I did not want to deal with a repair man during my stay."

"Expected Better
The condo we stayed in was disappointing. Light fixtures did not work. Kitchen sink was broken, so any time you turned it on water sprayed everywhere. H\We contacted the property manager, Julie who came and looked at our concerns. She said they needed to be fixed but never called back to set up times to repair items. The unit looked dirty, needed new paint job. Furniture was dirty. No toilet paper holder in master bedroom. Mattress in master bedroom needed to be replaced. Caribe resort is very nice, in a good location."
