This 3rd floor unit is decorated beautifully and will accommodate your family of 8 comfortably with 1 King in the master bedroom, 1 King in bedroom 2, 1 Queen in bedroom 3, & 2 extra long Twins in bedroom 4. All mattresses were replaced early 2023!!!

This spacious, oceanfront corner unit offers new flooring throughout, a fully equipped kitchen, 5 flat screen cable televisions, 1 DVD, the master bath has a shower and separate jacuzzi tub, and a washer/dryer in the unit for your convenience.

If partially re-rented, your refund will be prorated. NOTE FOR MONTHLY WINTER RENTALS: The initial $100 per month booking deposit is non-refundable. Once the 30% remainder of the down payment has been made, the rent becomes non-refundable unless month(s) can be re-rented at the same rental rate.

"2024 Summer Vacation, Myrtle Beach
1. Nice place but need upgrade and replacement of kitchen utensils and pots & pans. Washer has an Err a lot which causes your load to start over.
2. Hallways of building is horribly dirty. Big turn off for me.
3. Cement block of handicap parking space came a loose and was stuck under my car causing damage to the front end of my car."

"non working keys
We first ended up at the WRONG condo with our Keys WORKING that door only to find out we had to move that it was the wrong condo and doors were left unlocked. When Building Manager came down we went to the Condo where she said we were supposed to be and NONE of our keys worked there. We spent over 2 hours trying to get into our condo. They kinda laughed it off but, we were exhausted and needed in our room. Especially with 2 small children and after traveling 9 hours."

"Beautiful Condo
We had 6 adults and 2 children so this place worked out wonderfully. Beautiful view! There are 2 pools but they are small the grounds are well kept. We did have a leak in Main bedroom's bathroom the faucet to jet tub began leaking after it was used. Called to let office know left 2 messages but noone came to fix. I wrapped a towel around the faucet so it would not leak on the floor. Went to put dishes into dishwasher, it was never emptied and not ran. It stunk BAD. "

"Beachfront condo Windy Hill area
The condo was perfect for our college classmate golf vacation. The fact that each bedroom had its own bathroom was a huge plus. The condo was clean, bright, and nicely appointed with comfy furniture and decorations. The only thing our group wished (all over 60 years old) was that there was a clock (digital or otherwise) in the bedrooms."

"Great Location
Condo is beautiful and decorated very well. Parking was easy and view was amazing. We had trouble with 2 of the 5 TVs not working and placed a service call the night we arrived. As far as we know - no repairs were made during our stay (Thurs - Sun) - which was a bummer since we were paying for 4 bedrooms. Unit needed a good cleaning and a few repairs (balcony doors did not lock and blinds did not work like they should. Overall a nice place to stay but would not stay again unless updates made. "

"Girl's weekend away
I took my mom, daughter, and her friend to the beach and we stayed at the Beach Club II unit 3A and it was wonderful!
It is such a beautiful and roomy condo. So comfortable! My mom was so impressed. She absolutely loved it; as did everyone else. Everyone at the property management company were so friendly. We will definitely stay again!"

"Birthday Celebration Weekend
I will start off by saying that (Property Management) was very easy to work with - very accommodating before, during and after our stay. When we arrived before lunch they let us check right in since no one was in the condo before us. Unfortunately there were some issues with the condo - the garbage disposal smelled horrible and even after maintenance came by to “fix” it - we had to leave it capped and not use that side of the double sink during our stay. The condo was not clean - the floors were filthy, cobwebs on the lighting above the table, hair in the drawers and the kitchen did not appear to have been wiped down at all. NBR did give us 1/2 our cleaning fee back however and that pleased us.
The condo is in a perfect location for the things we were in town to enjoy - Alabama Theatre, Carolina Opry, Cruise in Little River and Christmas shopping. The view from the balcony is wonderful and we did get several long walks on the beach during our stay. "

"Family VACAY 2020
Sadly the condo above had a water leak. The condo wasn't ready, entered at 6 pm, we cleaned up lots of dog hair and sand when we finally got in the unit. Dishwasher full of dirty dishes. We cleaned after arriving. The condo is very very nice and we paid more for this unit than several others we rented. Realizing things cannot always be as we want, we dealt with it and had an amazing week. "
