This nicely decorated 2nd floor condo offers a large oceanfront balcony off of both the living room and master bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, 5 Flat screen cable TV's (47" flat screen in living room and 32" in bedrooms), 3 DVD's, a washer/dryer and a jacuzzi tub and separate shower in master bathroom.

Dirty dishes in dishwasher when we checked in. Icemaker output was marginal at best. Issue with ants in kitchen counter area. One of bathroom faucets appears new but not secured to sink/vanity top, very loose. Numerous electrical/cable wall outlet wall plates missing. Unit satisfactorily furnished with basic furnishings."

Unit 2E was pretty nice. Great views, furniture was good, and the kitchen was fairly well stocked. Only negative was the mattresses. Very poor quality on all the beds. Loved the four bedroom setup, and the spacious living room area."

"Family vacation 2024 (Presented as a Christmas gift 2023
Spacious, clean (except for the carpets), all appliances were clean and in working order. Tons of cabinets for storage kitchen and bathrooms. Master bedroom was excellent. The two queen bedrooms could use some updating. The kitchen needs new pots, pans, skillets, knife block, cutting boards, can opener, and pot holder. My son & his family enjoyed renting a golf cart for a couple of days, and fresh produce from an Amish store nearby. We celebrated a birthday at the Longhorn Steakhouse, and dinned at Olive Garden without having to cross highway 17. We spent the at Barefoot Landing, and an afternoon at Tanger Outlets. Both are within four miles of the condo. The balcony views of the ocean, and pool are priceless.❤️"

"Great Location, Great Facility, Not So Great Condo
The location of this condo is perfect. It's right on the beach, the walk to the beach from the building is short and sweet and we appreciate that the facility provided a a good walking path out to the beach. The pool area was also nice. Overall, we were pleased w/ the facility.

We were not as pleased w/ the individual condo we ended up with. I will say, the living room furniture is very nice and in great condition. The rest of the condo needs to be updated. Cabinets are starting to fall apart, the amenities are all very old, the beds are not very comfortable, almost all of the blinds were broken in one way or another, the patio furniture was cheap compared to other patio furniture we saw at other units. We also found it odd that there was no dish scrubber left, only one extra trash bag, and no hand soap anywhere. We had to shop for some of the basics that in my experience are typically provided.

We would likely consider this facility again in the future, but not this particular unit."

"Have a mold allergy? DON’T STAY HERE
The condo itself is outdated and in need of some major work. Not sure how anyone would be okay with renting a home out in the condition that one is in. The management company had to have an HVAC company come out to clean the vents/ducts that were visibly moldy. It was a huge inconvenience and could have been avoided with proper cleaning. Several of us have had stuffy noses since the second morning and have now turned into sinus infections. We were there 4 nights. Just do yourself a favor and avoid this place. The view is great, beach access is great, the size of the unit is great but...not worth the hazards. Oh, also...for a 10-person unit you are given 3 rolls of toilet paper, one for each bathroom so...plan ahead if you dare to rent this condo. ALSO...not the owner or management offices fault at all but, the elevators are terrifying. 4 of us almost got stuck in one. "

Overall a very good rental experience. We were given the wrong keys to our unit so we couldn’t get in, but the office quickly sent someone over with the correct ones. The condo was very clean and had a nicely equipped kitchen. This is a spacious unit with a nice balcony. The only disappointment was that the pools were not heated after stating they would be for the month of October in the unit description. They were so cold there was no way we could get in."

We love the location and the condo set up suits our family to a T. The unit we stayed in this year need some attention and the carpet needs replacing. This year for the first time the unit was disgustingly dirty and after making a complaint to a maintenance worker nothing happened after he said he would report it. We will definitely stay in the area again but will consider other locatios. "

"Beach Club II 2E - Oceanfront - Windy Hill Section
Was pretty quiet, a bit of banging around upstairs for a few hours a day but reasonable hours were kept. Loved the 4 separate bedrooms and 3 washrooms, except, the shared bathroom sink didn't drain very well at all. The deck sliding door in the master stuck pretty good, the kitchen was sparsely stocked. No toaster for instance. If you look to cook-in be wary of the tools required to do it. We didn't get pool passes, so no pool access for us. Could use some more coat hangers, bring your own. Bring your own laundry supplies. The top half of every wall plug in the entire apartment did not function. Directions say to flip the breaker but the panels are locked-out, so impossible to conform. If you want a light and a tv running at the same time bring plenty of plug banks with you."

"Good But Could Have Been Better
The condo was in a great location. I always love a beach view however, the dishes that we used, we had to wash them because there was food on them, and were just nasty. The master bedroom shower had mold around the door, and needed to be cleaned better. The couch and lamp shades had food or something splattered on them. I also wish there had been a lounge chair on the balcony. The chairs that we used were ok, but not comfortable for someone as myself due to my size."

This is a typical rental property where the owner is trying to get as much as they can out of the property without putting anything into it. The property is oceanfront so the location is ideal. The condo itself is outdated and not very well cared for."

"Nice Getaway
Our group of 7 found this condo to be perfect for our Christmas at the beach. The pictures are accurate and while we thought the unit could use some cosmetic upgrades, everything worked and was clean, so we were pleased. We loved being right on the beach and, as the weather was unseasonable warm, we also made full use of the balcony. We liked the location in relationship to amenities in the area as well. Would definitely come back!"
