If partially re-rented, your refund will be prorated. NOTE FOR MONTHLY WINTER RENTALS: The initial $100 per month booking deposit is non-refundable. "Cute condo
The room was great. The pool was really clean. The view was amazing. The linens on the bed were kind of old and the room was a little dusty. I had to go round and clean everything Also, the washer and dryer were gross and I had to clean those out. There was a leak on the upstairs apartment that came through our bathroom so when we got there, they were putting the humidity in the bathroom. And the vacuum was super old, so it was hard to clean up. Overall, it was a nice stay and a fabulous Beach "

The condo was clean and well supplied (except coffee filters....bring them, there is not a reusable filter in the coffee maker). The condo has an amazing view of the ocean. There was plenty of parking across the street and the property was well maintained."

"Very nice corner room, clean, beachy vibe, great view!
Our vacation was wonderful another soul enriching experience at North Myrtle. With that said the check in process was horrible, you could literally feel the animosity. There were people waiting for hours cranky, tired, hungry, and frustrated. People wre yelling, babies crying and 50 people crammed in the office. Plus the office was decorated with a plethora of political hate and instead of playing a beach movie like finding nemo they had fox news and newsmax spewing more political hate a very negative start to what was another wonderful vacation."

Beautiful and clean condo with everything we needed. Every room was spotless and well maintained. Perfect amount of space for our group...we were worried the bunk room would be small but it exceeded our expectations. The property it self was well maintained and kept clean. "our condo stay
the unit was not very clean when we arrived. Had to clean dishes and glasses before we used them. Bathroom had feces on bathroom floor around the toilet bowl, carpet was filthy and stained. needed to be dusted we spend 3 hours cleaning. Fridge fan made a lot of noise, bathroom shower light needed replaced. bathroom shower door needed to be rehung as well as the closet doors. The beach and view were lovely and the pools were very well kept. Ken the building manager was excellent kept things nice. We would not go back to that unit again"
