"Great Stay!
The ocean front condo was clean and well kept. It was just as described and the ocean view front was beautiful and to sit in the morning and drink coffee and watch the morning. Sunrise was well worth it to stay. "

"Awesome stay and location
Place was great, 2 adults and 2 kids and we had plenty of space and everything we needed. Loved the location excellent view of the beach. Never been on 4th of July and if you like fireworks would highly recommend it cause it was awesome."

"Disruption
We come to North Myrtle Beach every March and have been using (Property Management) for at least 8 years and they are wonderful to deal with.
We started our March vacation off at Waterpointe 11, a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit. In our agreement with NBR, it clearly stated that construction noise would start in April/May. But on Mon. March 11th in the late afternoon, the noise started to resurface the corridors. Grinders and sanders were used, creating a lot of dirt, dust and noise all day. My husband Brian went to speak to Victoria on the Tuesday to complain about the noise. In the meantime, I had asked several residents when they had known about the construction [they said for about a year] and then asked when were they told the construction would start [they said the beginning of March].
So someone dropped the ball. Either the owner of our unit at Waterpointe didn’t tell (Property Management) or (Property Management) knew and didn’t tell us [probably the former].
By Fri, March 15th, Victoria had given us a few replacement condos, but there weren’t many . We ended up at San A Bel # 212. A much smaller unit and only 2 bedrooms, not three. We complained about the constant fruit flies on Saturday and the technician brought some liquid repellants which helped, but the flies never disappeared. In the master bedroom, it was only a queen [maybe a double]. Two people couldn’t sleep in the bed because it was too difficult to get out in the middle of the night to use the washroom, so my husband slept on the couch the whole time. We had a guest in the 2nd bedroom. Also the bed was against the wall, making it impossible to make the bed in the morning, unless you moved the bed away from the wall.
If there is any financial consideration for the disruption in our vacation experience, we would be very appreciative. We wpould then probably apply this to next year’s vacation.

"Great Stay
This vacation rental was fine. Beach Access was great. The pull out bed in the living was broken, the mattress would not stay up and the springs kept falling off. So, not the most comfortable night sleep. There were not enough pots and pans provided to cook for a family. I had to make one thing, put it in a bowl and then wash the pan to make something else. They did not provide grilling utensils, so I had to buy them. Other than that, it was fine. We were their for the beach. "

"Could have went to a better beach for the price
It was okay.
Was given the wrong pool code number. Same thing happened 2 years ago.
Walked in, condo smelled of strong mildew. Looked inside the vents and there’s mold growing in all of them. Tuffed it out. And closed and covered all the vents. Was going to close off the front room by the entrance door and use the pull out couch. Couldn’t do that because it was broken and won’t stay up. Definitely needs a deep cleaning. to mention nobody swept or vacuumed before we came. "

"Friends’ Trip
North beach realty was very easy to work with, and the condo met expectations. The only problem was the mattresses on the beds. They are not comfortable at all. I know NBR doesn’t own the property but should make the owner aware. We did ask for an egg crate or something to make the beds more comfortable but received nothing. "

"O'kay Condo rental
The condo was in good order and clean enough, but the bed in the master was depicted incorrectly. We were led to believe the bed was a Queen size which it wasn't and the mattress was terrible! I have a bad back and this just added to the pain. I told them at the rental office when we left and they said they would tell management."

"Great place!!!
The condo was clean and beautiful. The location was great although on the last day of our stay my little one wanted to spend her last evening of Vacation in the pool but it was closed because they were replacing windows so she was bummed."

"san-a-bel 212 july 2022
We enjoyed our vacation once we were allowed into the unit. We picked up our keys at 4p from a very crowded office and made our way to the condo only to find that the property had not been cleaned yet. We did not get into the condo until 6p. I feel this is poor as we had paid for the day. The condo is worn but ok. The shower door on one of the bathrooms was installed in reverse so you have to step over the toilet to enter the shower area. The main TV was nice. The internet was excellent. "

"Nice Place
The rental unit was clean and nice. Location and view was great. The Master bedroom is small and the bathroom is tiny. One person has to crawl into bed if there is 2 sleeping. Bed is against the window/wall.Your dresser is in the hallway. 2nd bedroom has twin beds ok for kids or 1 small adult. We made it work. Kitchen, living room, balcony are nice. Overall we had a good time. Make sure you take toilet paper/towels, Hand soap,dish soap, dish towel and dish rag. There is a dishwasher but we used paper products and our own cups so didn't want to run dishwasher for just a couple items. Washer/dryer was nice to have also. 1 roll of toilet paper would have been nice when we arrived after traveling that far, til we got to market. Lucky I had a roll in the car...lol

"Great get away
We had a last minute vacation, and the accommodations were exactly what we needed. The morning balcony on the beach was a nice way to start the day. We used all the accommodations there from the kitchen, to the pool, hot tub and beach. All accommodations met our satisfaction."

Room was very small for a 2 bedroom. Picture makes it look way larger. Washing machine was not functioning and tile floors haven't been cleaned in ages! When we walked from the shower to the couch the bottom of our feet would be black."

"Unexpected Adventures
My best friend and I loved our stay here. Check in/out was very easy. The pictures do not do this property justice! The beach isn't over crowded because the property isn't a skyrise. Parasailing and banana boats were right outside the condo. We were thankful for the information book in the room. It led us on many adventures. We traveled to Myrtle Beach and Murrells Inlet often. This rental is just close enough to everything. We would stay here again."

"Sunny Days @ San-A-Bel
Enjoyable, great view, roomy condo. Others may want to know both bathrooms are en suite. Sofa bed could be replaced; frame was wonky and I could not refold sofa before leaving. Balcony way private & spacious. My 88 year old mom really enjoyed watching banana boaters & parasailers. Condo was very clean."

"Cramped Condo with gorgeous View of Ocean
The slider doors you see in the picture are the only source of natural light so the area where the couches are is cave-like, save for the overhead ceiling light. The master bath is so tight you have to close the door in order to get to the sink. All appliances worked well and seemed to be new. Bathrooms were renovated and clean. The kitchen lacked a few items, like a measuring cup, measuring spoons, a whisk, and no coffee filters. Of the two elevators, one was out of commission awaiting replacement and the other only worked intermittently. "

"Nice condo bad fees
The owner fees were actually more than the rent!! I thought it had to be the deposit mentioned in the contract and would be refunded later but that was weeks ago!! I’ll never choose again even though we enjoyed the condo. Very disappointed with HIDDEN fees!"

"Vacation stay was stressful
After one day there, refrigerator went out and I lost some food. It was replaced promptly the next day, but I had to stay in unit waiting for the delivery. Once installed, they had not installed the ice maker so we had to have that done the next morning. The folks at North Beach Reality were very apologetic and worked as quickly as possible to solve the problem. The whole San A Bel was being painted. We had to move our car several times throughout the week from one parking level to another. The painters were on our balcony one morning paint the windows and doors. The painters were on their scaffle the whole time right outside our unit. The fire alarm kept going off and we had to leave our unit several times.
Two days before we were scheduled to leave, the painters told us they would be painting our balcony and we could not use it for 48 hours. Since sitting on the balcony was one of our favorite things, we decided to check out early. We received a discount for the two days we left early, plus they gave us money back for the groceries we lost. But, I did not think we were compensated fairly because they gave us only the bare minimum for the nights stay but charged us the complete rental fees and taxes and did not refund that part. We came out on the short end of the deal. We should have been told that the property was in the middle of being painted and we should expect some inconvenience so we could have decided if we wanted to keep our reservation. Like I say, the staff were very polite to us, and maybe this situation was out of their hands. We go to Myrtle in April and October each year and this is the first time I have not booked thru Elliott. "

"A Nice Get Away
The unit was a decent size for my friend and me and it was clean. The bathrooms and the guest bedroom are a little cramped, but they worked fine for us. We enjoyed the indoor pool, especially on one rainy day. The ocean front location and view is great. We enjoyed walking numerous times up and down the beach, and through the nearby streets to view the homes. We went to Barefoot Landing a few times as it was close by. I would consider returning to this location. "
