This recentlyh renovated condo is located in the gated community of Marsh Oaks in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach. This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit has a large private screened in porch overlooking the beautiful Salt Marsh and the fully equipped kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. There is also a washer & dryer in the unit for your use.
Marsh Oaks offers a refreshing outdoor pool, a Jacuzzi hot tub, a BBQ grilling area, 2 free parking spaces & free Wi-Fi. The beach is only a .6 miles away. Right across the street is Barefoot Landing which has tons of shopping, dining, entertainment and attractions. There's also Alligator Adventure, one of the largest reptile zoos in the world. Alabama Theatre is also at Barefoot Landing and features its own productions and superstars of country music while the House Of Blues brings in big name entertainment nightly.

Cancellation Policy: If your cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to your reservation date, all payments will be refunded less the cancellation fee of $100.00 and the insurance premiums (if purchased). Any reservation cancelled within 30 days will have to be re-rented for the same rate and period before we can refund your payments less the cancellation fee and insurance fees (if purchased). If partially re-rented, your refund will be prorated. NOTE FOR MONTHLY WINTER RENTALS: The initial $100 per month booking deposit is non-refundable. Once the 30% remainder of the down payment has been made, the rent becomes non-refundable unless month(s) can be re-rented at the same rental rate.
